What is the criteria for link "Paged from Australia"
Including but not limited to "pages which are hosted on web servers located in Australia". While hosting is an important factor Google are aware that a lot of the times webmasters might get better deals and service from host in different geographical areas. Let me put it this way. If I have a site hosted in the US, but my site is in german, my backlinks are from german sites, the local address on the site is in Germany and I have a german phone number, it si likely Google will take the hint that I'm more relevant to people in Germany.

Duplicate content across multiple e-commerce sites
A site with a lower domain/page authority may get filtered out by Google. Why don't you use cross domain canonical tags if you can't fix the duplicate content issue at the moment. There is a good post on this topic on seomoz. You just need to search for it.

Can anyone explain why my rankings jump from page 1 to page 2 each week?
Yes and yes. Although for oak flooring on Google Shopping, we're listed on page 3 (should be second one, British Hardwoods). How can I improve our listing on Google Shopping? Or perhaps this is a question that I should scour/ask on a separate thread on seomoz.

Effect of Google Place listing on organic rankings
This one I am honestly not sure at the moment. I have been doing some research to try and figure it out. I am not sure the reasons for why a 7-pack is triggered vs a blended, so therefore I am not sure if one ranks better than the other. Your best bet is to check out that link and focus on what David talks about, he's considered the expert in local search!

My blog is Not at all ranking in google search, what could be the problem?
I think if you correct those things, build good quality incoming links and post content which users will enjoy reading then your site should start to improve in the rankings within a few weeks.

How to get my blog listed as United states based in google search?
Well two things you can do is: 1. Make the domain in google webmaster tools US based. 2. Buy a .com domain and target it in the US market. Overall it is not easy to target GEO specific domains to other areas I see it with .com.au domains they work great in AU yet ranking them in India is hard. so in the end it may be worth buying a .com and making a micro site and then drive traffic back to the .co.in

Improve Site SEO
You may want to "niche" down with your target keywords (go a little more long-tail). Neither "wordpress" or "magento development" rank you in the top 200 results, and "small business web design" you're on the 11th page. One option of getting more targeted, would be to target businesses in your area - "Small Business Web Design in Atlanta, GA" An XML sitemap is not a super critical point (especially for a small site), but certainly highly recommended. Yes, run a site search (site:treelifedesigns.com) in google, and pick out all the pages you don't want indexed. Add them to your robot.txt file. I didn't look at off-page, but there's always link building and social sharing that can boost things a lot as well.

Link Building Strategy - Please Give Feedback
Hi to be honest you seem to be relying on just competitive research. What about some of the following - Making great research content for your niche. Looking for bloggers in your niche, to syndicate content. Using Article syndication. Looking for health based social bookmarking websites. Facebook is good but really it has limited SEO value just social traffic value.

What's the best way to list products with multiple size options?
What about in the case where putting the MPN (manufacturer part number) might be advantageous? Would you have the main product page, and use many MPN's in the Title, or H1 tags, or product name? Lots of people, when searching, use "Manufacturer MPN" as their search when they're in buying mode. I could see how having separate pages for each would be useful in this case, increasing conversions & rankings because of the MPN-specific content. Love to hear your thoughts.

Linkbuilding TO Your Guest Blog Post?
If I was producing content that is a "big hit"... I would be posting it on my own site (and nowhere else) and building links into it there.
