How to find artificial or unnatural links in OSE?
Are there any particular attributes I should be looking for in a linking root domain that might suggest it's seen by Google as "artificial or unnatural". The first item to check would be your site seal. How exactly is the backlink created for the seal? I would presume it is an image link from the seal. Be sure there is nothing which could cause a penalty in your site seal. If you sincerely have not purchased links or performed any shady tactics, a coding issue with the seal is a likely cause of the warning. A prime commonality to look for in OSE is the anchor text. Adjust the 4 filters at the top of OSE as follows: followed + 301d, only external links, pages on this subdomain, group by domain. Perform the search on the particular subdomain which received the warning. These settings will reduce the list to the links which are most meaningful to you, and in this case the ones which could reasonably cause an issue with Google. Next, download the CSV file from the OSE link, then sort by the "anchor text" field. If there is any anchor text used repeatedly, investigate the links. There should be a natural variation in the anchor text such as "SSL", "SSL cert", "SSL certs", "SSL certificates", "purchase a SSL certificate", etc. If a high percentage of links all use the exact phrase, it may trigger a flag. Once you complete your research, take any corrective actions necessary then report back to Google with the results.

Need help deciphering Adwords Sitelinks Extension Stats
It would appear the majority of your clicks occur when site links are shown below your adword rather than standard adword presentation; 905 vs 944. Also that site links appear on 75% of occasions that you ad appears; 6216 vs 8091 with the site links being absent on only 1875 occasions. Your sitelinks are appearing often which is good and as expected have a higher CTR and a lower CPC. However the CPC should be lower as a higher CTR should increase your Quality Score and reduce your CPC...

URL redirect to a YouTube Channel?
I like your idea of building a landing page specifically for the redirect. Didn't even think about that. I was just concerned that people following old links would be disappointed by landing on a product page or whatever. Totally makes perfect sense though. Thanks for the tip!

Why would you remove a canonical link?
Removing the canonical tag would not result in duplicate pages. It is just a tag to give a suggestion to search engines on which page is the canonical version. For example if there is a duplicate page and it is not easy to 301 redirect and you can't easily get rid of the duplicate, adding the rel canonical tag would tell Google which version is the main version. Here is a good resource on Rel Canonical Tags: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/complete-guide-to-rel-canonical-how-to-and-why-not

How to move website to new domain?
Hi Doug, 301's are the right way to go as they pass link juice from the old domain and will preserve the traffic from existing external links. The key here is "301's" (plural). Redirect each page on the old domain to the corresponding or relevant page on the new domain and also notify in Webmaster Tools that you have moved the site to the new domain. There is some discussion of moving sites and using 301's in this SEOmoz Q&A post where I added a link to a Google Webmasters video that explains the process.

How many links per week is too fast in link building?
One problem with "building" links is that the more of them you acquire the harder they are to get.

New, Used, Refurbished Ecommerce Products
Yeah... I think that is the best approach as people search for the fruit first and fore-most then would probably decide on the refurbished or not.

SEO Link building / Article Distributation
Hi there, If you are referring to Press Release information which you submit to online services, they are not an issue for you because they should not be on your site. The intent of a press release should be to put your product or business in front of journalists etc who are likely to take the information and write a good quality unique article that talks about you. A press release should be carefully constructed to increase the chance of having it picked up, so if you used the exact same content on your site it would not be likely to inspire visitors to convert. If you want some ideas on how to write releases, do a quick search for "how to write an online press release". Most of the services provide guidelines on their sites too. As long as the information on your site is unique then any duplicate problem is only an issue for the sites your release is listed on and not for you.

New URL Strucutre
Thanks for the fast response guys! The "By Brand" path is basically for SEO purposes only. 90% of our visitors use one of two forms to find their tire size. The first form is a vehicle search which breaks down to the specific tire size and the minimum speed rating requirements. This form accounts for 80% of our form completions. The second form is by the specific tire size. When a visitor completes one of these forms, they are only given results that link to the specific item pages that match their vehicle. We actually do not want people using the "by brand / category" method to find their products as this will almost always lead them down an empty path. Tires must match an exact size for that vehicle. One the other hand, we do want to show up in search results for these products. Our current results bring us quite a bit of traffic. This method is just to get them into the website. We will have a "Do these tires match my vehicle" form on the this page. If they do not, we will take them to a page explaining why not and provide them with alternate, matching results. By Brand is great for browsing but at the end of the day the tire must be a fit for the vehicle. Ultimately the end focus of the website will be for them to search by vehicle. An example of an item level URL (based on Roberts reply) would be: brand category model item (tire size) www.company.com/Michelin/Performance/Primacy-MXV4/2055516 This same page would be duplicated 40+ times for each tire size available, with links to these item pages originating from the model page: www.company.com/Michelin/Performance/Primacy-MXV4/ Would the 40+ individual item pages leading from the model page produce duplicate content issues? These pages will contain the exact same content including our features and benefits and user reviews. The path of "by brand" from the home page would look as follows: Home -> Michelin -> Primacy MXV4 - > 205/55R16 or Home -> Michelin -> Performance -> Primacy MXV4 - > 205/55R16 Whichever one would be deemed better. I just want to make sure I get it right the first time. Thanks for the responses!
