I had recently remove a blog from my website and the website certainly drops in ranking. The reason is that Google considers it a totally new page.

To confirm, it appears that it worked. I don't know if others with WPEngine as a host were having this problem. BUt that's how you get it fixed,

You need to update your meta tags on these pages so they are not duplicate. Also, you can add a unique on-page description to each page, so Google will not treat as a duplicate. Ross

Some links are discovered almost immediately, others take months to get discovered and indexed. You can try to promote links to the web pages where your backlinks are hosted to speed up the discovery.

You cannot tell Google what Image you want to show it there. Things do not work that way. Ross

Still, are the DA and the number of the linking domains not counted for DA and PA only? And the linking domain's spam score for the websites' spam score only? How does exactly a linking domain quality (DA?) correlate to the website's spam score? Regards,

Just to add to Ross' answer - I wouldn't worry that those competitors are getting an edge in Google because of the links they are putting on YouTube. Links on YouTube could (feasibly) make Google aware of a page if links to that page don't appear anywhere else but if anyone is relying on that for discovery of pages then there's deeper problems. If you think that the links from YouTube will be passing authority to your site, perhaps particularly high authority because it's a Google property - that's not how Google interprets that kind of thing and, as Ross points out, the automatic no follow is a sign of their attitude to that kind of user generated link. Hi Scott! Sam from Moz's Help Team here! The number itself doesn’t mean anything specific. The point of the number is to see what rows in the csv are affected by the same issue. So if the issue group is 9, each row that has 9 in that column is related  to that issue type.
