The domain .com or  .co.uk does not matter unless it is quality site. If it is a quality website it can help you to grow.

I don't think this kind of services are really useful today because most people work in home office or coworking spaces, which are anonymous. Anyway, as a customer I'd be very disappointed if I find out that I'm being tracked. That's why I'd never use this kind of services in my websites.

A 301 redirect is the header response sent when a page does not exist or not required and the redirected page is loaded instead.  Typically a 301 redirect is created when a page is taken down.  A 301 redirect is not bad for a site.  Redirect chains can be bad - so 301 to 301 to 301 etc. What you want to look at is if you have 301s in your menus, homepage or main content linking to main pages.  These links should be either removed or updated to the new URL.  There should be no 301s here, it's good housekeeping. A backlink is an link from an external site linking to a page on your site.

16% is not that high. It shouldn't affect your reputation. If you don't have any spammy backlinks, I guess the topics covered by your website are also covered by some spammy sites, even if you have nothing to do with them. For example, many internet security portals and forums have high spam scores even though their contents are not spammy at all.

If you haven't done 301 redirects before you can start reading the dos and donts. For example, many websites use 301 redirects to force "www" and/or "https". Crossdomain redirects are mainly used for migration.

You can use the Web Console in Firefox to see the URL load speed. According to the screenshot attached there is no delay resolving the DNS and connecting to your website. However, there is huge delay of >5s waiting for the response. So, something must be wrong on the server side. I'd recommend checking the server logs (or the Nginx cache logs because there seem to be a cache). Notice that this delay has nothing to do with the page size or contents. That's why following the steps to optimize the contents didn't help. Yled56G
