Moz Crawled My Site. Now What?
Hi there, To chime in, Moz recommends prioritizing the issues that have been discovered (perhaps, in an SEO Site Audit for example) by determining which have the highest VALUE. In other words, if your main priority is generating leads, remedying issues that are preventing this may be your best bet, if that makes sense. Hope this helps. Zack

SEO Title Length
The problem with long titles is that they will appear truncated in most browsers. Therefore, the search engines will truncate them as well. Sometimes there is no way to make the titles shorter. One way to interpret this issue is "if the title contains some irrelevant words kindly remove them".

My links are showing in ahref but not in moz.
Moz uses a crawler (bot) to discover links in a similar way as most search engines do. It takes time for the bot to discover new links. You can either wait for the bot to do its job or try to help it find your links sooner. The latter means promoting the sites/pages where the links are hosted and using the Link Tracking Lists in Moz Pro.

Help with international targeting
If I understand the OP's intent, it is to target countries, not languages. Hreflang can specify alternates for a language, or a language-country combination, but unfortunately not just for a country. So, as the OP has proposed, yes you do need to specify the language and the country. And that does bring up a dilema faced by many of us in terms of what language to use. If your content is in all English, then yes you should use like "en-FR". BUT, you might also want to include an "fr-FR" as well, pointing to the same alternate URL. Because there are going to be a lot more France-based visitors on Google whose browser settings are for French language than English. For sure, both do exist (there are native English speakers in France too), but you don't have to choose one. You can include both. Google may not completely respect your directives since the content is in English (assuming that's the case), but it's what I would recommend. So, for each country (assuming the content is in English), include both an English and a language-specific hreflang tag (pointing to the same destination) for that country. Since your last example uses "es-ES", I assume maybe that you're planning to also publish some content in Spanish language. But if not, again, realize you can include multiple hreflang tags for a single country, and pointing to the same page. I also don't know where you are based. But if the business is US-based, I wouldn't duplicate US also as a localization. Rather, I would make that the default. Or, if you are based somewhere else, same thing, but with that country. On question 2, you can set up a GSC property for folder paths (www.example.com/fr/), and target those. I would not target the root level (www.example.com) in your case, because that would also apply to all the subfolders. That's one of the advantages of using subdomains instead of subfolders, is that you can target each independently. But with subfolders, you can target all except the root (because it would cascade downward). On question 3, you should do the same as you do in number 1, as long as you are duplicating those pages in each subfolder. Otherwise, if you don't give a directive of which page to index, since they are duplicates, Google is going to choose for you. And might not choose the one you prefer.

Rankings Dropped to Nothing
Thanks so much Mike. It actually turned out to be a bad plugin update causing the issue. Took a while to figure that out, but we're good now. Why these plugin authors don't test more before rolling out updates, I'll never know. Thanks again! John

Do moz affect color of our backlinks in spa score?
A link "spamminess" has nothing to do with the color or even the URL contents. Some high authority domains, including Google itself, use long and ugly links, which doesn't mean that they are spammy. You can check the URL domain in Moz to see its spam score.

General questions about implementing hreflang using XML sitemap
This feature was introduced by Google. It is also supported by Yandex. The only difference I've noticed is that Yandex doen't like BOM in the sitemap encoding, while Google is OK with BOM. I'm not sure about Bing or any other search engines.

How to implement multilingual sitemaps when not all pages have translations
I continued to think about the matter and thought of this approach for adding the pages with no localization to the multilingual sitemap (just putting it here): <url><loc>https://example.com/page-with-no-localization</loc></url> Or is it better to put a simple link to the page in the sitemap? <url><loc>https://example.com/page-with-no-localization</loc></url>

SEO audit for ccTLD sites
Hi Sanna, It sounds like those are technically separate websites, so in my experience, these would each require their own SEO Site Audits. If conducting a true Moz SEO Site Audit ... The good news is, if they're all for the same client, your Background Info page data will likely be (mostly) the same for each of these sites, and possibly the Goals page data also, and you'll only need to share all of the Site Audits information with one client, which will be a huge time saver as well. Best, Zack

What's the best Keyword Tool in everyone's opinion?
Hi there, I don't think that there is a single tool which can claim to have the most accurate monthly search volumes, they all tend to use different sources and none of them will be able to replicate exactly what happens on Google. Therefore, I think it's important to choose one that you're most comfortable with and use that consistently, then when you use it, don't focus too much on the actual volume of searches and instead focus on the volume of each keyword relative to another. For example, if one keyword has 500 monthly searches, it's unlikely to mean that you will get 500 visits a month if you rank number 1. But if you compare to a keyword where the same tool says that a keyword has 1,000 searches a month, then chances are that this gets more than the first one by a decent amount and could be worth prioritising. I tend to use a combination of Moz and Ahrefs for this, along with the Google Keyword Planner. Hope that helps! Paddy
