I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?

Howdy,

I'm the record administrator on a Moz Pro record. I have alloted a seat to a consultant who's accomplishing some work for me and they state they can't get to a mission's rankings report? The deal with client's segment shows them as grabbing a chair permit? It's been given and acknowledged by them?
