Mmm... tricky question, as I usually don't like to have the currency changing depending on IP. Therefore, I don't if my idea is correct and surely should need to be tested. As you probably know, the Schema.org/Offer preview the mark up for currencies. What I'd probably do should be calling the product description, photo, prices and currencies with a PHP call (if your site is on php), and the code snippet called would be mark-up with the Schema.org corresponding to the "country".

There was an update today and it was pretty ugly. If your drop was in the last 24-48 hours, that might have been the culprit. Did you use C-class IPs on the blogs? Or were they hosted on different hosts? Did you interlink the blogs? Theres some silly rankings going on, sites with 1 backlink ranking for 25k monthly searched keyword.

Pretty good advice all-around here, but I just want to second Alan that the risk of this kind of focused directory-based link scheme (and it is a scheme, if they've built their own network) is very high. This is white-hat sermonizing. I'll be honest - yes, those links could help you in the short-term, and they could improve your ranking. The problem is that, if this scheme goes down, you will very likely be penalized, and you could lose everything. The SEO company will walk away, but you won't. Solid, relevant directories, in moderation, are fine. Worst case, they may not carry the weight you want them to, and they're just part of a larger strategy. When you start gaming the system, though, you're facing the very real risk of a Capital-P Penalty.

Hi Keri I have managed to connect my GA account a few days back (on Oct 12 I believe) but most of MOZ analytics pages are still showing: "We are collecting your data now. Check back within 24 hours." There is also <cite class="vurls bc">www.reviewcentre.com  </cite> It can be really helpful for giving confidence in your brand when customers are researching you and as well it's also a good way to get in touch with your customers and hear what they have to say about your brand. It can be a good tool. You can also get some links too, I have to admit it's expensive so I would recommend shopping about, normally what ever you invest in will come up with a brand search over time anyway. You can also always build trust in your site by letting customers review things on your site, the bonus of this is that it can give good social proof for the customer (e.g 100 people have liked this product it must be good). Your DA fluctuates over time and you may have gotten hit by Google's "Hummingbird" search engine update. For links, I'd recommend 1. Posting on forums with your website in the signature line and legitimately respond to questions with good answers, as opposed to spam responses 2. Post new website content to social media with links 3. Take a look at where your competitors are getting links and trying getting a link from the same source 4. Write content for other websites via being a guest host and put a link to your website on the article

It would be good if the original poster could return and confirm (or otherwise) that the site runs on WordPress. I am not sure that you can easily edit the archives pages headers to show the NOINDEX tag other than to edit the WordPress header.php file. The latter could get replaced when WordPress is updated. Certain themes make it easy to add your own custom tags through a configuration menu.

Hi Kurt - very true - they should be taking the time for sure. I think part of problem is legacy of duplicate content - glad I'm not in their shoes! Yup - rewriting is what I'm doing for those guys - inc new ideas for engaging content. Will let you know how it goes - an interesting project for me as never worked with a directory before!

HI Tom... You will have to do 301 redirect, Same thing as Moz did when they stop being Seomoz and became Moz. The task will get more complex based on how much content you have. The flow for a small site would be: 1 - Move all the content for the new platform: 2 - Make a spreadsheet with old url and new url. 3 - Create a 301 redirect. 301 do not guarantee you will keep 100% of your traffic, I noticed the most times the sites lost about 15-20% on traffic right after the 301. Also I think that if you self host your WordPress you will have more freedom than if you just use WordPress.com Felipe
