How to optimize WordPress Pages with Duplicate Page Content?
I second the use of Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin. For google specifically, you can specify which version (www or non-www) you want to use in Webmaster tools.

Rich snippets for multiple breadcrumbs
Have you tried this tool? http://www.feedthebot.com/tools/richsnippets/breadcrumb/ It should be noted that just because you mark something up on the page doesn't mean Google will always use the markup in the SERPs. Here is an example SERP on which this page from Overstock.com has a breadcrumb.

Integrate Piwik data with Moz instead of Google Analytics?
Hi theponyclub This was reviewed at one point last year and a response from our product team can be found here. https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/463828-webtrends-omniture-and-coremetrics-integrations?page=1#post_20881502 We haven't seen a lot of requests to integrate other tools but you could help start up a new discussion for our product team to review. What you would lose from Google Analytics will be organic visits for the site and social and landing pages data.

How does campaign manager pick up search terms
Hi Ed, Thanks for letting us know about this issue. My initial impression of the situation is that this would be an excellent question to email to help@moz.com, because we can easily pass it off to our engineers if it looks like a bug and if the answer is specific to your account there are no privacy concerns. Hopefully this helps and if you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to ask. Have a wonderful day and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

How do you find Affiliate Links on your site that have not been nofollowed?
Actually, screamingfrog should take care of it for you via the custom spider configuration. If you select "custom" under the "configuration" tab, you can drop in the html for the links you are looking for and it will give you a report with what pages it finds that code on. For example, have screammingfrog search for the following snippet of code and it would find nofollow links pointing at mysite.com: rel="nofollow" href="http://mysite.com

Webmaster Tools shows mystery errors that Moz does not
Thank you MoosaHemani for your quick answer, that is a relief. I think I will ask the client to delete all errors again and have them check when Google processed the latest sitemap, just in case.

Handling duplicate content, whilst making both rank well
No. We're actually not launching this initiative for SEO purposes. We just want to create value for our users and having their own stand-alone website is valuable to them. I just want to make sure we're structured properly from an SEO point of view so that we don't compromise the SEO of our marketplace, or their stand-alone site. Also, each site has unique content, but it is identical data to their marketplace store. So, every seller has a marketplace store (with items, a profile etc) AND a stand-alone website (with the same items, same profile etc, just designed differently and accessible via a sub-domain). Hope that makes sense.

Migrating blog posts to new site
Telling someone there's no such thing as a duplicate content penalty is misleading. While it may not officially be called a "duplicate content penalty," you can get penalized for duplicate content, and not protecting yourself from it opens you up. So when someone suggests to clean up duplicate content, it's bad form to butt in and imply that there's no need, since no such penalty exists. That's all I was trying to say. Won't spam this thread anymore discussing it.

Infographic embed code: Yah or Nah?
Sounds interesting, I would be interested in hearing other people's points of view, as far as I'm aware it wouldn't have a negative impact on SEO and I can't work out why it would. Do you have an example of the page you are hosting the infographic on ?
