I have two listings, i sold one business i need to cancel the listing
Hello! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Here is how you can cancel your Moz Local listing in 4 steps: Head to your Moz Local dashboard and click the "Subscriptions" tab on the side nav bar https://moz.com/local/bulk/managed/subscriptions Click on the subscription level your listing is under In the Options dropdown to the right of your listing, hit “Cancel Listing” Click "Confirm cancellation" to cancel the listing If you change your mind, click "Keep my listing" to go back without taking any action. Here's a helpful video walkthrough: https://seomoz.wistia.com/medias/wnytti9jbm Please Note: Moz Local listing cancellations are immediate and irreversible. Cancelled listings cannot be recovered. If you'd prefer to just disable the auto-renewal on the listings instead of cancelling, you would want to choose the "Disable Renewal" option from the same dropdown menu mentioned above instead. Haven't received an update on site crawl issues more than a week
Thank you so much for your help. I think the past few site crawl reports were quite on time, normally just a day later than the scheduled day. You mentioned our site appears to be large in size, may I know if our site size has been increased recently or the same as the previous time ?

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of bugs in moz?
Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. We were definitely experiencing multiple outages yesterday with our API that affected our Open Site Explorer tool, our Keyword Explorer tool, our MozBar toolbar, generation of PDF Reports among a couple other issues as well. You can view the history of these issues on our Health Page and scrolling down to the Past Incidents section. All issues should be resolved as of this morning, however. Campaign Dashboard Error: "Our Connection to Your Google Account Has Been Lost"
I was getting the same yesterday. Clicked the link and reauthorised, then refreshed the page and the notification was back up. I figured it must be a bug given that I had just reauthorised (several times).

How can I get more than 300 keyword queries per month?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! Yep, the only way to get more queries in Keyword Explorer would be to upgrade your Moz Pro subscription to a higher tier. Error Code 612 with Squarespace
I also use squarespace and got the same 612 error code for my homepage today. www.riverrunnersusa.com. When MOZ crawled it for the first time the other day it didn't have a problem so I am wondering if it is something different that is causing the error for my site. Any ideas? Thanks Sarah

Why is comment moderation blocking all my comments? There are no links in them.
Hi there, SEOhanna, thanks for bringing this up! I'm so sorry you've mistakenly gotten caught up in moderation, that's really frustrating. We've been working to lessen the amount of comment spam on the blog, and added a few new filters to the moderation system. While most of the time those filters have been doing a great job of catching spammy comments (I've deleted about 10 posts inviting me to join the Illuminati in the last day alone!), we've noticed that a few spammy comments still slip through, and a few awesome comments get caught in the net. Because I'm the point person to manually go through and approve or deny comments, I can attest to the fact that your insights are just the kind I love to see on the Moz blog! I'll see if we can't find a way to lower the defenses a bit while still keeping the spam away, and in the meantime, please reach out if you run into anything else that's frustrating -- we're here to help!

Erase sensible data from account when cancelling it
Hi there, With the credit card details, we restrict access to these so it's not possible for you to delete them but if you email us at help@moz.com, we'll take care of this for you. You can also ask us to deactivate your account at this time. You can also change or remove any information in your Moz profile, and edit any comments you've made to be blank before we take care of the deactivation to remove this data.

How can I find details when Campaign was created and by Whom in my account?
Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. I'm afraid our tools don't keep records of which user (seat) has made changes to campaign data. We do keep track on our end the dates & times and what changes are made to campaigns, but we don't record any data about the user who made the changes. I apologize for the above info, as I'm sure you were hoping for a different answer. Unable to view Dashboard after iOS 10 upgrade.
Not a great answer. I have this as well. More and more people using iPad pros now you need to support this. I pay hundreds of $ a month for something that only works on half my devices.
