Moz Local Problems
Hey everyone! Just got a note from Erin at MOZ and the Google+ issue is fixed! Kudos to the team on getting that done. I know how tedious and time consuming debugging this issue must have been, but they kept on it even after this thread went cold. Very cool guys! Kevin

I'm getting "No Listing Found" but it exists
Hi, For you listings the Adress, Phone # and website needs to be exact to what we see on your Google places or FB business page. Also Yelp will not show a listing in Local until there has been a review on that listing. Thanks, Steffany

Moz Local
Hi, Hope you're enjoying your day! Can you submit this to help@moz with your account information? Can you also send us the CSV attached with the email? Once we get that information we can look into what's going on. In order for the CSV to be validated it has to match exact to your Google or FB page. You can see the requirements for our CSV's here: https://moz.com/local/help/documentation Cheers, Steffany

Moz Local - "Not Submitted"
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! The time it takes our partners to update the listing really depends on how long it takes them to accept the data we push to them and update the information across their servers. Generally, this can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. If you don't see the listing updated by the end of the 4th week, please let us know and we'll look into it for you. Let us know if you have any other questions and hope you have a great day!

Moz Local Question
Hey Jonathan, I'm so sorry for the delayed reply! We've been having some issues with the email system that notifies us that a Q&A question has been assigned to the Help Team. It looks like you were able to get your listing published last Thursday, so it looks like you might be all set. If you are still having any trouble with your Local listings, please email us the CSV and the name, address, and phone number of your business for further assistance. Chiaryn

How long does it take for Moz Local to spring into action?
Update from the Moz Support Team: Please read our update timeframes guide for avoiding delay. Hi Daeta, Thanks for reaching out! The time it takes our partners to update the listing really depends on whether or not they have an API. If they do have an API, the listing will be updated pretty much immediately. If they run on a traditional database (Acxiom is one), it can take up to 4 weeks. Let us know if you have any other questions and hope you have a great day!

If I have a moz pro account is moz local free?
Moz Local is a standalone product, and the price doesn't change with whether or not you have a Moz Pro account.

Localeze Duplicates
Hey Trevor, Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the issues you're running into. I'd be happy to look into this further, but don't want to necessarily make you share your info here in the forums. Can you send a ticket into our Help team for me? I'll keep an eye out for your message. Thanks again! Best, Sam Moz Helpster

With Moz Local rolling out today, will there be a reporting option for local, similar to the current moz reporting?
Thanks Miriam! I'm looking forward to having all of my reporting in one location.

Can I pre-select which citation services I want to set up with Moz local.
Hi Arthur, Keri answered your specific question, and I'd like to suggest an alternative. Try using Whitespark. While, so far as I know, you can't preselect the sites you want to acquire citations from, they do "prepare a list of new citation opportunities using our huge database of business listing sites... starting with the highest quality sources ...". Citations are built manually. They check your existing citations before starting so no duplicates are created. Whitespark also gives you the option to specify that you only want "hyper relevant citations that are specific to your industry or city." They charge a one-time fee based on the number and type (non-specific or hyper relevant) of citations you order. Their fees are, in my opinion, fair. Does that help?

Why is my domain authority 1?
I don't know exactly. We've been releasing an index every couple of weeks recently, so I'd wait at least a month before worrying. Do make sure that you have all of your redirects set up properly, so that the search engines know where to find the new site.
