Even canonical present in my web pages, still moz showing canonical issues.
Hello. We'll need to see what it's telling you so we can help. Can you share a screenshot of the issue? We'll be happy to look at it and give advice. Just an FYI, just because a canonical tag exists on the page, doesn't mean there aren't issues. So once we see what the issue is telling you, we can help you figure it out.

Moz local "add one of your own photos"
Hi there - Sam from Moz's Help Team here! I'm sorry to hear you've had some difficulty adding photos to your listing. The photos the tool can accept have to be hosted somewhere other than Moz, and the URL has to be publicly accessible. If you try to use a photo from a Facebook or Google Photo album, for example, you might encounter complications because those images are often protected behind your login. It's generally a good sign when a photo URL ends with a image file suffix, such as '.png' or '.jpg'. For example, you can use a free photo-hosting site, such as this one. You can upload your image here and then get the full URL and then that's the URL you'd post into Moz Local. Here's a short video demonstrating uploading a photo on this site and getting the full URL. Something else to note is that photo URLs cannot be too long because there is a character limit to each field. Try to make sure the photo URLs you use are publicly accessible and not too long, and you should be good to go! If there's anything else you need, just let us know by reaching out to help@moz.com

Back linking to relevent sites
Hey, I would like to give you a bit of advice, There are many websites that provide listing websites automatically by one click and will give you a number of backlinks. " I mean websites services not humans and you can differentiate " Some of such services are paid and you can find free, but take care: 1- Those links will not be relative to your niche and will be created randomly in their prepared network of domains. 2- You will face spam links among them and start tiring yourself to disavow from them. If you want to do that, the best way is to build manually. And if you can not manage this issue by yourself, you can make a contract with an SEO specialist or agency in order to complete this task for you.

Moz Local Dashboard
Hi there! Thanks so much for reaching out - Sam from Moz's Help Team here! So, Moz Local is a real-time service that instantly distributes your business listing data to both data aggregators and online directories - but each of our distribution partners has their own approach for processing new and updated listings on their platform. For most partners, new data is published within 4-5 days, and the majority becomes fully accurate within a few weeks. Given how closely we track accuracy, we have seen instances where some listings have taken as much as 8-12 weeks to become fully accurate. If you're noticing an unusual delay, please let us know by emailing help@moz.com so that we can reach out and investigate if there are any underlying issues. You can read more about update time frames and what you can do to help this along on our Help Hub here. If you have any follow up questions, just let us know!

Duplicates
Hi there, Sam from Moz's Help Team here! Sorry for the confusion! The "Check Listing" tool is populated with all of the various NAP (name/address/phone) matches that we could find out on the web among all of the different directories that we report on. So, while we can't amend that list directly, the process of submitting your accurate business information to each of these directories will inherently work to consolidate the list. Additionally, going through the "Duplicates" section of a listing and closing extraneous listings can also aid this effort! When selecting a listing to purchase, you'll want to start with the most correct "Verified" listing available; those are the ones whose information is being pulled directly from a verified Facebook Places or Google Maps page. From there, you'll begin correcting and assimilating listings to that chosen set of correct NAP info. Seeing multiple "verified" sources will indicate multiple Google/Facebook listings, which you would have to close or remove directly so you have one result for each service. This is where we "import" your NAP data from to submit to our data partners. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Suspended Google my Business listing - Moz local created a new one - best way forward?
Elaine, as you're probably aware, the account was suspended because Google doesn't allow for two Google My Business Accounts for the same location. Here's an article on how to get the suspended account turned back on. Make sure you've followed the instructions on Moz to ensure you don't create a cycle where you're having to repeat the process. Before going through this work, were you actively working the old business listing? If you have a history of pictures and posts I'd do the work to get the older listing reactivated. If you've not effectively used the tool, don't waste your time on the older listing, just get into the game with the new listing. Google My Business Listings are an excellent tool to show new products and to have a steady stream of coupon codes to drive potential customers to your site. To my knowledge, Google doesn't share how they use this information for Local Search Rankings. That said, Google has always said the person doing the search is the customer and they drive the most relevant website to the top of the page for that customer. If my Google My Business page is actively managed and my competitors isn't, I bet I win. That's my opinion...

I am new to MOZ
Hi there Kevin! Sorry for any confusion. In simplest terms, the Moz Local service automatically pushed out listing data to our partner sites, who then accept, process, and update the information on their sites. Here is the full list of our partners for US listings: Infogroup Acxiom Neustar/Localeze Factual Foursquare Superpages Best of the Web Citysearch CityGrid Insiderpages Hotfrog Bing Apple HERE TomTom NavMii Uber Waze If you have already claimed a listing on any of those sites, we will not be able to override that claim to update the data. You can monitor your accuracy and progress in the Moz Local dashboard. We automatically begin sending out your data to all our partners when you purchase a listing subscription from us. If you do not have a listing on a given site, one will be created for you. Generally we expect updates to complete in 8-12 weeks. I hope that helps! Feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com if you have further questions.

410 redirects
Well... I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but 410 is not one of the redirect codes They all begin with "3", e.g: 301, 302 or even 307. 410 is the status code you employ to let browsers and search engines know that a page is gone forever and is not coming back. 410 means 'gone' and without any redirects, basically erases the SEO authority of those addresses (unless remedies **VERY **gosh darned fast)

Does Moz Local update/correct business listings?
Hey, thanks for reaching out! If the listing you are seeing on directories is unmanaged and a close match to your listing in Moz Local, then there is a good chance that is the listing we are going to try and claim. If the directory does not have a close match, we will create one on your behalf. Which ever direct partner listings Moz Local is managing for you, we will update automatically based off the NAP information that you signed up with so there is no need for you to go to each directory on your own, it is an automated process. Hope that helps to clarify, let us know if you need anything else!

Moz Local Not Showing My Domain as Listed in Google My Business
Hey! Thanks for contacting us! Moz Local's validation system still uses Google Maps, not GMB directly. Each location must be verified in Google Maps for Moz Local validate the NAP details. Would you be able to reach out to help@moz.com so we can take a closer look Thanks! Eli
