Localeze Managed by Someone Else
Hey There! Once Localeze has told you they are releasing your listing there, please monitor the little blue circles in your Moz Local dashboard on the Published Listings page. Once you see the yellow Localeze circle turn white, this means the listing is available for Moz Local to assume management of. Once it turns white, please email our Help Team, provide your Moz Local account email and the complete name, address, phone number and website of the listing in question and request that we assume management of the Localeze listing. You can email our Help Team here https://moz.com/help/contact Hope this helps!

We've imported keywords for a campaign & I've noticed a few typos is it possible to correct the typos? Or do I need to delete them & start over?
Hey there, This is Michael from the Moz Help team! I'm sorry to say that we don't have an edit option for existing keywords, only an add and delete option. You'll want to remove the keyword and add it back in without the typo. The good news is that you caught this sooner rather than later so you're not disrupting historical data with the quick keyword remove and add. It's a bummer there isn't a better workaround, I know...I am no stranger to typlos TYPOS! I hope this helps!

Hi Abe, Thanks so much for the response. Do you have a specific contact over there? I have only found their sales phone numbers. thank you!

HOW I CAN SEE MY LISTING ON https://moz.com/local/bulk/unmanaged/verified
Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm investigating this now and responded in the ticket we have open. We should be able to track down your listing once we locate the email address and login used during the purchase process. I look forward to assisting you.

Moz Local not being verified...is service area the culprit?
Hi this is Abe from Moz Yes, that appears to be the culprit in this case. The Google Business page and facebook page must display an address for us to validate the listing. I hope this helps!

MOZ Local "unable to validate the following listings with Google or Facebook" ?
Hi Jeremy, Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble with Moz Local! I think I found the issues here :). For Google+, we'll need you to be registered as a 'verified local business' in order to show up in the Moz Local system. Here's a link to get that process started: https://support.google.com/business/answer/2911778?hl=en&ref_topic=4596754 On Facebook, it looks like your page's name is listed as 'SearchOutsidethebox.com by Jeremy Wood', whereas on Moz Local your name is listed as 'SearchOutsidetheBox.com'. You'll just want to make sure that those match up as well, and we should be able to find the page in no time! I hope this helps! Enjoy your day, and keep on Mozzing on!

Tracking Number YP
Its in YP becuase they have a tracking number. Question I am asking is YP says that they have a way for the search engines to see that it is tracking but the search engines read the real number while the public reads the tracking. i was trying to get my client to get rid of the tracking number but this is what the sales rep told him So just seeing if there is any truck to this or if anyone has heard that hear.?

Submitted to Moz Local - and percentage hasn't changed after 2-3 weeks
Hi Cole! It takes our partners about 8 weeks to process the data. We don't have control over this but if the updates are not reflected past 8 weeks, definitely let us know at help@moz.com so we can check with them for status.

MOZ Local
Great answer Garret! Moz Local provides a little bit of a different service than Yext, by updating the core data aggregators that the primary local search engines rely on for their baseline data. While we are not a direct competitor, we certainly do offer a similar service.

Moz Local not updating after G+ and FB are updated
Thanks! We ended up having to get Google involved to manually validate the listings.

How do I delete a listing from Moz Local?
You wrote "until the subscription comes up for renewal" - Is it charges automatically, or it gives me a chance to decide before hand?

Creating Listings For Doctors and Dentist aside from the Business Name
Hi Scott, I wouldn't recommend tracking or redirecting phone numbers, actually. Google has historically had issues with both. The unique phone number is ideal, but I understand it's quite uncommon in medical practices. Normally, all calls are answered by the front desk in medical practices, so this may not be a safeguard you can comply with. If your clients were realtors or insurance agents, it would be more typical for them to have their own phone numbers, but doctors don't usually seem to. So, the upshot here is going to be that you're likely to have to use the same number on the listings and cross your fingers that the other areas of differentiation will help Google keep the various practitioners separate. Google is better than in the past about preventing merges, but they still happen, so you'll always want to keep an eye on the listings and if you notice details getting mixed up or discover a sudden drop in rankings or something along those lines, you'll need to investigate the presence of merging and duplication. Likely - it won't happen - but it's best to be prepared:)

How does Moz Local respond when confronted with a YEXT verified listing?
Thanks. That's the information I was looking for. In our particular vertical, there are several "organizations" who try to claim the directory listings/citations. Some of them have gone the route of Yext and taken our listings/citations from us, thus prompting the question as the client properties in question are using the Moz Local service and losing citations due to Yext via a 3rd party.

In Moz local my listing percentages have been decreasing the past couple of weeks and are not updating anymore. How can I get these updating again and back to increasing to be complete?
So for the services we are partnered with will show Update in Progress under incomplete and the inconsistencies for those services will disappear as those services for update. Here is our partner list: Infogroup Acxiom Nuestar/Localeze Factual Foursquare Superpages Best of the Web Anybody not mentioned above, you'll want to manage manually.

Is moz local included in the moz pro subscription?
Thank you for your quick response guys. I really appreciate your feedback. Something worth mentioning for us who do SEO for non-US countries. The moz local only supports US and International locations are not supported at this time.
