  • Hey Ira, Thanks for the question. Unfortunately we're unable to say which services utilize an API. In general you can expect them all to update over 1-4 weeks. For a bonus link, here's the Q&A we've got setup exclusively for local SEO: http://moz.com/community/q/local-strategy Thanks! Joel.

  • Hey there, Thanks for the question. Unfortunately the On-Page report does sometimes have troubles counting the keyword usage for non-latin characters. This seems to be one of those situations. This is something we're working on but I'm afraid I don't have a time frame for this yet. Thanks for understanding. Joel.

  • Hi Vijay, First off have you given Roger (Moz robot) enough time to recrawl the site and discover that you have fixed the errors? You can see the last crawl date at the top of the reports normally. Google has some tips on fixing 404's - https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2409439?hl=en You can also double check live 404's here - http://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/ I also bet if you take a search through the Moz community you can find some other peoples fixes for 404's Hope that helps.

  • Hi Thomas, I am sorry to hear that you have been having an issue with Google Analytics. We generally advise that you refresh your connection, which you can do so by following these steps. Head to your campaign settings by clicking the button on the right-hand side of your campaign: http://screencast.com/t/V01YCyARn -Click the pencil icon next to the Google Analytics section of the settings page: http://screencast.com/t/TYMEMb4UI Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/psmFgYkOm74R Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you are logged into the GA account that has admin access to the GA profile for the site you are tracking for this campaign. Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data! If this does not resolve the issue, I suggest you submit a ticket at help@moz.com and we should be able to sort it out. Hopefully this helps and you have a wonderful day!

  • Hi Chris, I like your approach. Although this is outside the scope of your question, another thing I do is use Google Webmaster Tools landing page report to see what keywords are driving traffic to my pages. In truth, with so much advanced semantic analysis that Google is doing these days, once you move beyond targeting a single keyword, the math gets really hard - really fast! So for now, it's the old one keyword at a time approach. Thanks for the question and keep up the good work.

  • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We did actually push out some updates to the On Page Grader at the end of March. You can get a full rundown of the changes on our Help Hub. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  • Website Grader just analyzes the presence of specific tags and sections.  It doesn't analyze the overall quality and effectiveness of the page. Meaning, I can get an "A" and make a page not rank very easily, as well as being able to get a page to rank decently while still getting an "F."  It all depends on how competitive the vertical is, and how authoritative my domain is.

  • Hey Patricia, Thanks for writing in and sorry that you are seeing strange data in your crawl diagnostics. We haven't made any changes that would affect the crawl in the way you are describing, so we will definitely need to look into this further. I am going to create a ticket in our email system so that I can get a few specific examples for you and investigate more directly. You should be receiving an email from me shortly and you can reply directly there. Chiaryn

  • We do have a known issue (http://health.moz.com/) that rankings are missing for some accounts. We are pushing out a fix for this. I'm not sure of the timeframe for the fix, but do know that it's not you, we're the ones who have messed up and it'll be fixed soon.

  • In the Dashboard Overview, there's a timeframe that says weekly. You can change that to monthly. Is that what you were looking for?

  • Hi there! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! I'm happy to hear you already submitted a ticket! That will be a better place to troubleshoot this issue, and it'll keep your campaign details off the interwebz. We're all about transparency, but we still want to respect your privacy! I love the keyword format you used in your initial post! If you haven't already done so, it'd be super if you could give us that information in the ticket, with all the applicable keywords filled in. We looks forward to following up with you via your ticket! Happy Wednesday! Erin

  • Hi Cesar, Do you mean landing pages? We don't provide the ability for you to make your own website/pages via Moz Analytics. Can you elaborate a little on what you're looking for? Thanks!

  • The page looks to have loaded now, it was indeed a speed issue. It is loading quick now. Thanks for fixing!

  • Hi Robert! Your Robots is ok but there appears to be something in your site's source code that is preventing access to it. Either a javascript re-direct or refresh of some sort. When trying to simply curl the site I am receiving this response which is what our on-page grader is receiving: Ooops! An error occurred You will need to work with your web developer to resolve. Hope this helps!

  • Hey Sean, Thanks for the question. Sorry for the late response. I looked at a handful of your campaigns and most of them did not have custom reports. The one that I saw that had a report looked good. Can you email into help@moz.com and include the specifics about which campaign is having this problem? Thanks! Joel.

  • Hi Stephen! Thanks for writing with a great question! Campaigns have up to a 90% tolerance for duplicate content. This includes all the source code on the page and not just the viewable text. So if a URL is at least up to 90% similar in code to another URL, this warning will appear. Although the pages in question are may appear to be different on the front end, they are actually duplicates based on this percentage. We don't know what standard Google uses, but it's safe to say they are a bit more sophisticated than us - so you might be okay in this regard as long as you have a couple hundred words of unique text per page. Google won't say how much duplicate content is too much, so we like to be better safe than sorry. Hope this helps!

  • Hi Kevin Currently the SERP reports are generated live upon request and cannot be automatically generated from Research Tools or within a Campaign. If you would like to suggest a feature, definitely let our product team know at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests Hope this helps!
