All in favor of an "Announcements" category section say MOZ!
Don't forget too that most of us who reply to questions also enable the ability to be notified by email anytime another reply is added. So even months later, if you update the question with a new response, most of the original participants will get a heads-up about your addition. Paul

Why does the Moz Tool Bar show code as HTML text for my site?
We have a partial victory! The Moz Bar works on the blog, but it appears we have a problem with a noscript script on other pages of the site, such as the homepage. The Moz On Page grader works for blog pages now as well. Before this fix, it was showing all F's, no matter how well optimized the page was. Thanks!

Should I be getting an 'A' Grade for basic words in a page title?
The tool looks at the relevance of the title, to the relevance of the URL, headings, meta and content. Since the tools dont know what you are trying to rank for, they can only see that you are consistant in your efforts to rank for a given keyword. If they all match to some degree, you get an "A". These tools are more for a quick overview, and to point out any quick areas your basic SEO can be improved.

Google Analytics Constantly Failing to Integrate
Hi Unikey! I took a look at your campaigns and I do see invalidated tokens which would require the above steps but making sure that you are completely disconnecting/deleting the profile from settings in the campaigns which will be the only way to create new tokens. If you see the message return, definitely make sure to revoke the tokens first then follow the re-connect steps. Hope this helps!

Rank Tracker not Working.
Thanks Rand. I hadn't thought about a plug-in causing a conflict. I'll try disabling them and see if I can find the cause that way. It works fine in Safari, so that would make sense.

Ambiguities In The MozBar Keyword Difficulty Checker
Hi There, Thanks for writing us! After checking into this issue myself and a colleague were not able to discover where you found the 44% number for IT support company Portsmouth. A screen shot is usually the best way for us to track down these issues. With a bit of clarification we should be able to help you out. If you would like to discuss specific examples of this outside of the forum I would encourage for you to reach out at help@moz.com. In the meantime if you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to ask. Have a great day!

No data on dashoard
Hi There, I sent a response not too long ago so there is a chance that your ISP may be blocking Moz. In order to troubleshoot I would try following the steps provided: It doesn't seem that we are experiencing an overarching issue with the site, which leads me to suspect the issue involves one of several aspects of your system or internet connection: 1. Your web browser; 2. Your web filter, antivirus software, or other third-party software on your system, if you have any; 3. Your internet router; 4. Your internet modem; or 5. Your ISP. Oddly enough, over the time I've worked here I've seen problems for customers with each of these individual aspects of their network. First things first, try accessing the site in another browser, computer, and internet connection to isolate the level of the problem. I would try clearing your cache and cookies, as well as enabling third-party cookies. Next, I would add exceptions for www.moz.com and www.opensiteexplorer.org to your protection software if you have any installed. Also, try restarting your router and modem by unplugging them and plugging them back in after 30 seconds. Finally, if it's still not working, make sure your ISP isn't blocking the site or messing with packets from the site. I have seen ISPs do this on occasion, I'm afraid. Sorry that you're not able to access the site as immediately as we'd hope! Let me know if any of these things works for you or if you're still having difficulty or need help; in my experience, checking all of these levels of your connection typically helps weed out the troublemaker. Best of luck!

Does SEOMOZ bot not know where to look for AJAX site snapshots?
Not being web developers on the help team, I'm hesitant diving into the code and tell you what's wrong here. Running some quick searches on Google though, it does look like there may be something wrong with the site setup. I'd really recommend reviewing the article I linked to above. It's a little old but the material is still relevant. Once everything is corrected, Roger still may not be able to read the content. The workaround presented above was to show a potential solution but it isn't a guaranteed fix since he does have issues understanding AJAX in general. http://www.moz.com/blog/create-crawlable-link-friendly-ajax-websites-using-pushstate I definitely understand how frustrating this can be and wish I could do more to help. Hopefully someone in the community will be able to dive in a bit more on the technical web dev side of things.

Keyword difficulty - benchmarks
Hi Walter - I can help a little on that. Basically, I'd urge you to think of thee percentages as good relative numbers that are most directly connected to Domain Authority and Page Authority scores. For example, say there's a keyword with a difficulty of 30%. You could roughly expect that to compete, you'd need to be in the Domain Authority and Page Authority 30(ish) range to get onto page 1 (and you'd need to be higher to be at the top). That's most certainly not all there is to it, but it's a reasonable rough way to think about it. Hours needed is a metric I don't think is a good way to think about Keyword Difficulty. Some marketers and some sites may require 5 hours of work to create and market a piece of content that could compete for the same difficulty that it would take months or even years for another site to work on. http://moz.com/academy/competition-keyword-analysis is a great resource you should check out and dives into detail on how to use the tool (including a bit about the percentages). The way I always use keyword difficulty is to help identify the relative challenge in ranking for a term. My goal is to target terms with high search volume and low difficulty first and to recognize that really hard keywords are going to take much more outstanding content (and outstanding marketing to earn links). Some low difficulty terms (e.g. anything below 25 or 30) might just take good keyword targeting and hitting publish (because I have a pretty strong blog already). High difficulty terms (anything over 60 or 65) are usually going to take serious concerted effort and a lot of links (with some nice anchor text) to rank well.
