MozBar: Page Title (and other data) inconsistent with HTML

In using the MozBar Chrome extension, I have noticed that the data about a page that MozBar displays is sometimes inconsistent with the "head" tag in the HTML of the page. Am I misunderstanding where MozBar is getting the data it is displaying? Other SEO extensions like "META SEO inspector"do not display these inconsistencies.

Yes it might be a bit behind in comparison to what is currently available on yours or another website.

Ah, is MozBar not using the actual HTML on the page, but a cache from somewhere else? That would definitely explain it if so, thank you!

You must consider before using the HTML tag and use that tag according to your requirements, and there is also a chance to use jquery, like wholeblog
