• Some people need to rip other peoples building down so they can be the tallest, others just choose to build a bigger building. I am to to Seomoz and to seo for that matter, but when I hear someone ripping someone else it's a total red flag! They do this because of their own insecurities and has nothing to do with Seomoz. I love paying the 99 bucks a month for this site, what is the cost of learning all this stuff on your own, well it's alot more than 99 bucks per month.

 • Great question, Todd! This came up internally just last week. I don't have a time frame for you yet, but I can tell you that it is on the radar. We should have more clarity on our plans here in the next couple of months. I also look forward to passing time in the airport with an SEOmoz mobile site/app.

 • Hey Krista! Sorry you had a horrible experience with my service. I understand how frustrating these issues you can be. Especially when they involved longer term fix that deals with how we parse keyword information. I am also sorry I didn't communicate clearly that the issue would in fact be a long term fix. I am not sure why the status of the ticket was set as Closed. Sometimes when a user replies to the ticket and has the "Resolved" box clicked it will automatically close and won't even send me a reply. I totally get how that gives you the idea that we are ignoring you. MyHolidayMarketing is right about tickets auto-closing after a while. My apologies if I wasn't able to promptly reply to the ticket over the weekend. I typically have Saturday and Sunday off and we usually only staff one person over the weekend. You are also welcome to reply directly to my ticket if you have any other issues or feedback for me. You can reply to the ticket through email if logging into Zendesk is giving you issues. I will open another ticket with you to avoid any confusion in ticket status. I also noticed there are no tickets in your Zendesk history under your official PRO email address. You may have to login to ZenDesk with another email address to see the ticket. Nonetheless, I will create another ticket with an in depth explanation of the issue. Again my deepest apologies that you are disgusted with the help team and specifically my service Apologies, Nick

 • Hi. You can't change the domain, you have to create a new campaign: From the FAQ: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20027997-lesson-1-campaign-set-up Q. Can I change the domain later? A. You cannot change the domain of a campaign once it is created. If you need to track content, rankings, etc. on a new subdomain or domain, you must create a new campaign. Don’t panic – archiving and adding campaigns is easy.

 • BTW. most Forums by default show your signature on all posts you comment on. Unless you change this from the user settings, or un-check the box manually for posts they will show.

 • Thanks Keri & Miranda, Great to see some of these user enhancements are in the pipeline I was like Ben & found the "questions I've asked" & "questions I've answered" right at the beginning of my Q&A adventure. I'm now feeling really bad for EGOL & Alan having spent all that time doing so much Q&A the hard way Really wish I had mentioned it somewhere in an answer! Sha

 • Here's SEOMoz's Article on the subject, authored by Rogerbot himself: http://www.seomoz.org/dp/rogerbot You just need to add this to your robots.txt:
User-agent: rogerbot Disallow: /blog
Should do the trick.

 • It can be up to a month wait for review and publishing. We do at least briefly look over things as they come in to make sure they are not spam or duplicates, but it can take longer for us to do a full review of the piece. We often send back detailed feedback about posts we reject and how the post can be made better, which takes some time (but is worth it -- some of those revised posts have gone on to be published and have been promoted to the main blog).

 • It's just one user right now, but we know many people want this option and it's on our wishlist. You can see the help desk response to this question at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20199538-is-there-a-way-i-could-add-another-user-to-access-my-pro-account.

 • Hi Michelle, Numbers are needed in the URL if you do not have a proper site map for Google News. In step 5 of the first link, Cyrus mentions that SEOmoz created that site map, and has since been getting referrals from Google News without the need for numbers in the URL. The numbers are usually not included in the URL on purpose, they're just there if two posts have the same title, and can especially happen in YouMoz if someone submits an article, it's rejected, and then they submit an updated article with the same title. Cyrus noticed that it was those posts that did well in Google News, then made it such that all of the blog posts are in the Google News sitemap.

 • We currently don't have plans for a London event. That said... We are planning on doing some Mozcations this year. Locations TBD. How we determine the location is by crowd-sourcing, so when we launch the crowd-sourcing, you'll have to advocate for London. We're planning one international and one US-based Mozcation. That said, I suggest you check out Distilled Events, and you can even get a discount with our PRO Perks. (Just noticed, we don't have the London Discount up anymore. PM me if you're interested; it's 100 pounds off.)

 • Great thought! I agree there could be some great synergies there. We'll keep a scenario like this in mind as we plan out our strategy to beef up keyword research. Thanks!

 • You may have confused google. ABCshows may have a lot of incoming links. It may be much more powerful than the new domain. You could go to the Site Explorer and check to see what your domain and page authority are for those domains. Switching your domains around will also confuse your visitors.

 • It was a widespread problem. Here's a help desk post with how to hide your email address. We are not at all related with them, do not condone this, etc. etc. etc. http://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20926987-watch-out-for-email-of-interest-to-fellow-mozzer
