  • Check out SpyFu. It is bar none the best search ad research tool I use. Beyond that though, performing your own searches, actually going to your competitor's landing pages, and so on can give you a wealth of knowledge about the user experience that tools will not give you. As far as learning goes, Advanced Google AdWords (which was already mentioned) and the old, but still relevant, Search Engine Marketing would be where I would start.

  • Agreed. SpyFu Kombat and Classic can give you a huge amount of data to start off with.

  • That's awesome Although I can't give you an ETA on when the site may be localized or designed to support non UTF-8 character sets, I do recommend you placing this i our feature request forum (https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests).  This way our product team gets an idea of what the interest looks like. Best, Sam Moz Helpster

  • It can be that your backlink sites have expired or they might have removed links. This is natural thing. Nothing to worry about.

  • If your site has several hundred pages then I would suggest not to worry much about 124 on page links. Normally navigation and footer links won't hurt you. Avoid providing links at unwanted places.

  • Reduce the length of your title tags ( review the permalink structure in your WP dashboard) Create unique titles, for each page. Currently, yours are all duplicated and this is no SEO best practices.

  • I get 500 errors when either my site is slow to load or if my site goes down. So SEOMoz could have crawled you and experienced any one of those two situations.

  • I think the toolbar only works for Firefox and Chrome. As far as workarounds, I don't know.

  • We're working on having the following message show up when you select that you want your question to be private, in order to help everyone have a positive experience with private Q&A and understand what we can and cannot offer: Thanks for taking the time to read through our guidelines before asking a private Q&A question: By asking your question, you’ll use one question credit (current PRO members get one per month, which renew at the first of each month). Private questions are intended to be focused and specific. If you have broad needs for review of strategy or an audit of pieces of your site, consultation services are more appropriate. Our private Q&A team is happy to dig into details, but we've asked them not to spend large amounts of time on individual questions, as we have thousands of members who need help. Feel free to ask a follow-up question on the same topic if you need clarification, but refrain from asking multiple questions on several topics. Please be prepared for private questions to take a bit longer to get answered. You’ll get a response from one of our staff or Associates (aka experts in the field) as quickly as they can. We are not able to log in to any of your accounts (such as your analytics, webmaster tools, or even SEOmoz PRO). Take a read through our Community Guidelines. Our promise Your question is confidential and will not be shared outside of SEOmoz Staff and Associates (and we've all signed non-disclosure agreements). You will receive a response within seven days of asking your question. Our experts will be TAGFEE when answering questions, we ask that you do the same. Tips Is an SEOmoz tool not working right? You can save your private question credit and contact our help team at http://www.seomoz.org/help. Want a faster answer or opinions from a variety of people? We have a lot of great community members in public Q&A who would be happy to look at your question.

  • There's been a long debate about links in the footers of websites you create. My best suggestion here is - instead of a link on every page of the site, just put a link on the about page of the website indicating that you built the site. It's a more obvious link for human users, the about page is linked to by every other page on the site, and it's unlikely to get into any trouble with filters that Google might build around sitewide footer links (many of which are often manipulative).

  • Seconded Dana. More info on: http://www.seomoz.org/help/campaign-settings Can I change the domain for my campaign? No. To track a separate domain you have to create a new campaign. If you are at your max number of campaigns you can archive or delete a current campaign and free up a spot.
