  • Hi Margaret, I'm running shopping campaign for Google since long time and i found it if you violate any shopping campaign policy your campaign will suspended and if you do repeat violation your account/site will be banned for any kind of advertisement. So I would suggest you to not use watermark images, Google won't accept this and I don't think any one here will help/suggest you to violate the Google policy. Hope this helps. Thanks

  • Hello Lee, That's a great question. The links that Peter provided will be helpful in giving you context on this answer. In short, if you had a disavow file uploaded to SC before the migration to https:// all you have to do is make sure the https:// version of your site is validated and submitted to SC, and then re-upload the disavow file to the https:// version. In other words, you should take the disavow file that was on your http:// SC and upload it to the https:// SC as that is now the correct version of the site. Hope that helps!

  • Could be AppAnnie, SensorTower, AppMind, Apptamin. But they're not free. I think that free tool doesn't exist because tracking require servers, special infrastructure and reporting.

  • Two great responses from Dirk and Peter. Once you have identified the pages that are loading particularly slowly you can utilise the tools to determine the order that elements are loaded on the page, you may find that shuffling the order in which items loads also helps to speed things up by removing render blocking elements to load later etc. I quite often use tools.pingdom.com and GTMetrix for my site speed sampling and further analysis. The waterfall diagrams will really help you to visually see what are the slower items. GZip Compression and delivery of images via CDN's may also offer you a speed boost.

  • I mean domain name. I really doubt there is a way to have not spammy domain, but spammy page. So, for example, you have a backlink from this page: site.com/page.php Use MOZ OSE for the whole domain and see what spam score it has. If it's not bad (i say lower than 4) - don't disavow link.

  • Yes, I use the "Related Keywords" tool frequently. Clicking on a related keyword to obtain "related keywords of related keywords" is also helpful. The most valuable keywords are obtain from the names that customers use when they call on the phone or when they write to us.  That "language of the customer" often does not appear in keyword tools.

  • I suggest STAT Search Analytics. They specialized in bulk, enterprise-level keyword rankings.

  • As far as organic search and paid search traffic volumes, SEMrush is the best. But Ahrefs launched a similar feature recently. It doesn't show direct referral traffic coming through the links, instead it's a measurement of how links indirectly affect organic rankings.

  • Hey David, I'm sorry your question hasn't received a reply yet. I'm not actually familiar with this product. Is it this: https://www.google.com/partners/?channel=ha&sourceid=awo&subid=us-en-ha-g_prt-hasearch&gclid=CMHsgbmo2cgCFYhefgod_ncP6A#a_home

  • Hi there. Here is a video from Matt Cutts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePG5YYHU5Jo And he says "the more schema there is the better". And it does make sense. Schema is kinda like legend or hints on a map, which helps google to understand" what's what and where to go" So, the more help they have the better. However, do make sure that all markup is legitimate, makes sense and not used in spammy way. Cheers

  • Thanks Deacyde, I agree with you that scheduling is better but is it better to schedule via Facebook scheduler or a 3rd party tool, does the 3rd party posts have reduced reach as compared to scheduled posts via FB own tool. (As i have heard they do) I will be scheduling one way or the other, and ideally using Buffer etc since already set up but i thought i would review the current landscape of opinion regarding this matter before proceeding. If 3rd party posts have reduced reach i will likely use FB instead, since with FB organic reach dropping all the time anyway we obviously all want as much of what little organic reach remains Opinions of others still definately welcome ? All Best Dan

  • Hi. Honestly, I think since marketing needs and, therefore, conversion points are different for every company, you probably would be best with custom solution. That's what we did. It's quite easy to create simple CRM, which would tell you exactly what you need. Plus over time you can improve/change it. I believe ours took about 3 days of work. If you have in-office developers - it will cost you a fraction of any on-market solution. At the same time custom solution wouldn't have any extra stuff you don't need (which you gonna be paying for). Other than that, I heard Adometry by Google is good. But i never used it.

  • In addition to the tools already mentioned - Semrush (paid version) offers the possibility to compare your site with the competition - and show keywords that generate traffic for them but not for your site. Dirk

  • Great answers here by Josh and Alan. I'll touch upon the informational/blog pages and social buttons. Social share buttons can be great on Informational pages, sure to get people to share your content, but a lot of the benefit is for social proof. Pat Flynn has a great episode about social proof here. Check it out. Keep in mind social share numbers can work against you if they are low. Also, I'd add social buttons only for the networks your target audience is most likely to be using. I recently started checking out the SumoMe suite of tools. I was pretty impressed on first glance - I think there's a lot you can do with heat maps, content analytics and analytics integration which help you measure the results of each piece of informational content.

  • Thanks for the updated information! I'm not aware of anything that can be used to evaluate text ads in the way you described. From your update it sounds more like you are referring to a tool that can be used to 'grade' display network image ads, is that right? Unfortunately I'm also not aware of an effective tool that does this for image ads! The closest thing that comes to mind are tools used to evaluate the effectiveness of your landing pages. There are a lot of tools that do this, here is one from a quick search for ways to evaluate landing pages, https://vwo.com/landing-page-analyzer/. Another tool to be aware of will show clicks on your landing page as a heat map which is somewhat similar to showing where the eyes would go, https://www.crazyegg.com. Please do post an update if we are still just completely misunderstanding the question! Also, if you happen find the tool you were referring to please do share it as I am very interested to try it out!
