Does google exact match domain name bonus work if the keywords are reversed?
If keywords are reversed or switched, the "bonus" effect is vanished to most extent but its still better off than a domain with no keyword at all. Having keyword in a domain does give you an advantage in terms of ranking at least in the short run. Its worth noting that Google has been reducing the weight of exact match keywords and also 'keywords' usage in domains in general.

Location-based Keyword Targeting
Good judgement prevails on these types of decision. Google does not offer a handbook that says "60% of the content must be original to the page". There isn't even any guideline offered. What I would share is most of a web page should be original content. You can provide a paragraph on your services, additional information on your coverage area which would be unique to the page, testimonials from customers in that area, andspecific examples of customers in that area such as "we provide services for Washington Elementary School located in Denver". User generated content such as comments are very helpful. Engage your customers and ask for feedback.

Is there a tool that measures what keyword searches actually bring in clients?
Thank you. Marc is correct in his assessment of my question. I have a client that I am optimizing for and I want to include the correct Kws in the title tags. I just think the most obvious Kws are not want their ultimate paying customers will be using to search for the company. The campaign is a good idea.

How to target very broad, umbrella keywords on the homepage
Fair point. I will try and do a quick bit of keyword research later as it may be useful to get an outsiders perspective.

How to choose Keywords
Keyword research is the most important part of any SEO campaign, as it represents your foundation. All subsequnt work is going to be based on your initial keyword research. Get it wrong, and you may found yourself spending many wasted hours on keywords which are simply not worth it. If you are new to SEO, my advice would be to get some help with your keyword research, or at least get a second opinion. The Google keyword tool is going to be one of the most important long-term tools you will use, and it will help you to effectively choose and find keywords. However, you must consider how strong the competition is for any keyword to give yourself the best chance. Best of luck.

Article rewrite tools: do they really do the job to meet google's requirements?
The topics have been extensively covered on the net. Gathering some content from the internet and rewriting the content would make sense. This is what a research analyst would do in a brick and mortar world to write articles.

Search volumes broken down by region
Getting the location of a searcher from their IP would not really be accurate enough for this. The place Google 'thinks' I am when searching is usually some distance away from my actual location, and unless I bother to go in and change it manually or I'm searching from my phone with the benefits of GPS, it's incorrect. Google Insights for Search (http://www.google.com/insights/search) at least lets you specify 'England' as a sub-region of the UK, however.

Has anyone used TouchKeyword?
I am hearing that there are some people out there willing to provide feedback and that is awesome! I think we need to bake this one a little more before getting it in front of experienced SEOers. Thanks for the responses!

Rankings got dropped
Sean is right. Earning the #1 spot on Google is the first step. You need to constantly focus SEO in order to keep your position. The SEO algorithms are constantly being adjusted and these changes may have a positive or negative on your site, and the sites of your competitors. You also need to understand that everyone else on the first page would like to take the #1 spot from you, and they hire SEO specialists with the specific instructions "do what is needed to get the #1 spot". You have opportunities for improvement on your current page. Focus on your SEO and you can get the #1 spot back: Your current title for the "used-cars" page with is in the #2 spot is: "Used Cars for sale in Pakistan, Find Used Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and more | Pakwheels". A lot of that can be moved to your description. I would recommend either "Used Cars | Pakwheels" or "Used Cars for sale in Pakistan | Pakwheels". Too many words in your title dilutes the importance of your key words. In your footer you of your "used cars" page you offer a link to another "used cars" page. It is actually the same page but the URL is different and you have not added the canonical tag to your pages. Unless you have went in to Google WMT and specifically set up your parameter settings Google may not handle this well. You should be very consistent with your links and anchor text. You use the H1 tag 3 times on the page. By design, the H1 tag is meant to be used once per page. The other tags should be H2 or something different. There are other opportunities but these are just a few that stood out for me. Good luck.

Google Webmaster Keyword Significance.
On a forum site I have, "post" is one of my most common words. My personal opinion is that I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as some of the other stuff IS on target, and you're also not seeing signs that your site is hacked (it is time to get worried if you see pharma words as significant keywords).

How to Optimise for Shopping Results
It's partially about your feed file. Make sure that it is filled out completely and accurately. It's also about the user's shopping experience -- reviews, timeliness, complaints, etc. Unrelated, but on Amazon you don't want to create a massive feed and submit it all at once. I would additionally look at this and relate it to "link velocity" -- "product velocity" if you will -- and be sure to always have a positive slope.

Stupid question
Page Rank is old new and its better to judge a site on its Page and Domain Authority. If you wish to see a websites Page Rank and also its MOZrank download an add on for your browser called 'Searchstatus.' It only works in Firefox and Seamonkey so make sure your using the correct browser. Having the SEOMOZ toolbar and the Searchstatus add on, you have many factors to take into consideration when judging a website. Good luck with your ventures.

Tweet ranking affect 1 position keyword ?
If you're in position one, you probably want to hold onto it. I don't think it would hurt to do something like that but I wouldn't worry if you're fairly competitive already. I think the real benefit might be in picking up some long-tail keywords if that's what you're going for.
