I would definitely make sure you have canonical URLs set up so both www and naked URLs are not considered duplicate content.

RE: .Co Domains - Any thoughts?
I, personally, am not a huge fan of .co domains from a branding perspective. I believe it easily confuses prospective clients with .com domains.

RE: Can we use the same titles and meta descriptions for all of our office locations? We have 18 locations in total.
Well, that depends on what keywords you are tracking. With any content changes, there will be ups and downs, similar to a stock market line graph. The ranking from a content change may go up, and may go down. Most likely, both will ocurr. If you are currently ranked #1 on your preferred search term, I wouldnt both with the content changes, but would only conduct a link building campaign to those specific pages that are ranking.
But when it comes to ranking changes... only Google has that proprietary secret and definitive answer.

RE: City Pages for Local SEO
This sounds like a great idea to me, as long as it integrates into health services. My opinion, the more relevant pages the better. Just make sure you have enough content on the page, internal links pointing to it from other sources than only the nav bar, and external links pointing to it as well.
Another option, blog about utilizing each park for the health benefits and link to these internal pages.
To me, it seems like you're on to an "outside the box" content strategy...so nice job!

I would also 2nd Disqus. I have used it on the DNN platforms and like it a lot.

RE: Do you know if there is a tool that can tell you if a url have backlink?
I like to use Google WebMaster Tools (Search Console) for links.
Under search traffic --> Links to your site & Internal links.

RE: Am I accidentally Keyword Stuffing?
16 times out of 490 words is a 3.2% density, which is right where you want to be. You could actually use it more times. a 3-7% density is good. Also, make sure you have this target keyword synergized in your title, description, and Hs.
I would suggest the change in ranking is a temporary dip, since you changed the copy of the page. Think of your rankings like a stock market. Even the best stocks go up and down. Now that you have entirely new copy, Google is now reorganizing your content in it's index. Should be back up, if not better, soon.
Personally, I see pages with 1500+ words rank well. But then the challenge is user interface and design to allow an easy read.

All excellent answers. my only tip, make sure your URLs are short, tight, and clean!

RE: Why Only Our Homepage Can Be Crawled Showing a Redirect Message as the Meta Title
1- This may be accredited to your CMS and the database structure it relies on to function.
2- Ask your website host for support regarding this issue. Some issues like this are server level and cannot be corrected at the client level.
3- I would look into webmaster tools to make sure the sitemap is submitted properly and redirects are at a minimum. Also, conduct a few fetch as googlebot tactics.

RE: How to find Spam Website?
The mozbar is a great tool. it measures Domain Authority and a Spam Score. I wouldnt leave home without it.

RE: Can we use the same titles and meta descriptions for all of our office locations? We have 18 locations in total.
Miriam made all the right points there. Excellent answer.
1- The only aspect I would add is this: We all know how smart Google is correct? Well, how would they not realize that these types of meta D's are extremely redundant? Possibly getting a negative attribute? possibly not? The best way is to A/B test.
2- Do you know for sure if this meta D is the best for SEO? If not, changing the meta D's to be worded differently would be an excellent way to test. For example ****Data Recovery includes Hard Drive, SSD, Server and RAID/NAS management for your business. **** Get A Free Quote from TTR Data Recovery in Miami, FL.
And as always, make sure these keywords have been research for a consistent volume of traffic and are included in your on page density plans.
Hope this helps!

RE: How can I change my Google Business to be a non local business?
Under business settings, click the My Business Dashboard -> Info -> icon Button next to the address. Click the yes button that says "I deliver goods and services to my customers at their location"
From there, click on the service area radius and uncheck the box that says "i also serve customers at my business address. Your address will be hidden from the public if this box isnt checked.
*Tip-- The closer your address is the the city centroid, the better your search results...hidden or visible.

RE: SEO Pie Chart Feedback
Not asking for links, rather than stating if you anyone were to use this graph on their own website, to simply link us as the source.
The original question is not about self promotion, rather is about constructive feedback.

RE: Is it Okay to have "No Response" pages?
Yes, definitely fix this issue, as sooner or later Google will see that your website speed is experiencing errors. I would check with your website host for speed, optimization and reliability.

RE: Instagram for small manufacturing business?
Well you have an interesting product for instagram. My best advice would be to analyze the behavior of your target market. If your target market, or influencers of your target market, are on instagram, then follow then and create new relationships. As with any other tool, it takes time and dedication to grow a following and cimmunicate effectivley with the right people and businesses.
Use instagram as a brand awareness and relationship tool...never as a selling tool. The silver lining? You get an instagram link which im sure is a 100 DA.

RE: How will changing my website's page content affect SEO?
Yes, always keep or redirect URLs. So often during a website redesign, web designers become lazy and create brand new child page URLs. When the site goes live, those URLs are 404 codes stranded on Google for a few weeks. Terrible practice.
As far as on page content, I am a fan of 300+ words as well. However, in a more competitive keyword, I would recommend 1,000+. The jury is still out as to how many pages to update per day. I would estimate 10 per week would be great...but build on the content...not necessarily replace.
