MoZ vs SEMRush - Keyword Difficulty and Keyword With Low Competition.
Hey there! Without knowing the example keywords you're looking at, it's hard to check on these, but I can certainly speak to how Moz calculates the Difficulty score! We look at the Difficulty scores of the top 10 rankings sites in the Google SERP. If you're looking at Keyword Explorer, you can head to the SERP analysis section of a keyword report to see exactly which sites those are. If you're seeing something odd with the scores, feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com with a few keyword examples and we can take a closer look! For more details on how we calculate our metrics, check out this article in our Help Hub.

MoZ & Other Keyword Tools
Alvaro - has detailed it well.... Also add in Semrush.com and Keyword planner... then if it is a different market (country), I try and speak to a local.. as sometimes there are whole new phrases or words that you could never be aware of... On semrush, if you know the competitors you can undertake alot of keyword research from reviewing the keywords your competitors are targeting...

Content Writing - it should be for the main corporate site, blog or for social media?
I will share about my case and how my business do. 1. We have two site that is http://litextension.com/ and http://blog.litextension.com/ In each site, we set up many paths to other site. We create site blog after main site a long time. However, we focus on content on site blog, almost indexes of http://blog.litextension.com/ are higher than http://litextension.com/ . Then, we add a lot of dofollow link on site blog, which leads to the main site. They are support together. 2. We creates many satellite sites to drive traffic to main site and blog site. Of course, we use social media site maximum.

Twitter Data Does Not Appear in Open Site Explorer
Yes, it's true of all services that used to provide Twitter numbers -- including ShareMetric, etc. Glad to see it confirmed here, though, and we're eagerly awaiting a solution!

Traffic on Keywords
It has been a lot more difficult getting this data since Google started masking the keywords people type into their searches from webmasters. I remember having access to really useful data on this but now it is minimal.

SEO for E-Commerce Sites
Hi Folks, Thanks for generously responding to my query. Yeh I feel there must be some more information about the sites I am talking about. Sites are actually web-based applications to be used by our existing clients and will be completely available to search engines for indexing except the applications. Login areas and the applications onward have different urls not for search engine consumption but for the users only. Each site has only one product (application) to be sold/used by the clients. Rests of the promotional pages are very few and available to search engines. And I expect management is not interested to add up any more pages, even the one site has not even a single page so for except the application and login area. Hope this information is enough to help you frame you response to this specific situation. The sources you suggested I am consulting and in the meantime hoping to listen from you. Thanks

There was a time when such huge influxes of links meant nada to Google et al...my own blog site went up 25k in one day and didn't hurt us a bit (story here ) but that may not be true today.... And as others have said, there's not enough data here to make a valid opinion as I see it....i.e. we need more to try to help, eh!

What Next after Weekly Crawl Errors Fixed?
What Ray said is good for the content-side of optimization (which is important), but links are important too. If you want to start ranking higher you are going to need to start building links to your pages to increase your rankings. Moz has a ton of great resources in their Learn section or in the Blog to help. When MoZ support does not respond
Hi Ruben, In my childhood in my neighborhood there used to be a respected old man who would say: "When you have a problem go on the roof and cry aloud so that somebody could come to your help." So i cried here in the MoZ Community to find solution for me but could not. As far your query MoZ must provide urgent ticket posting option to users where users could get an instant reply from MoZ team.Posting a query through mail to MoZ an waiting for the reply is like a hell. Second there must be resources on explaining various MoZ reports in detail. This is how I think. Hope make some sense for you.

Meta Refresh
Hi, this means you have redirects set up which are not particularly SEO friendly. Moz has the following description of Meta Refreshes. Meta Refresh "Meta refreshes are a type of redirect executed on the page level rather than the server level. They are usually slower, and not a recommended SEO technique. They are most commonly associated with a five-second countdown with the text "If you are not redirected in five seconds, click here." Meta refreshes do pass some link juice, but are not recommended as an SEO tactic due to poor usability and the loss of link juice passed." So, if you have something on your site saying something like "you are about to be redirected", it is basically saying you should not have this, and instead use a direct redirect which passes link juice more. Long Meta Titles on Dynamic Pages
It would be ideal to have the first paragraph of the press release as the meta description, as this is usually a summary or outline of the news being announced. You'd then have to truncate that to approx 140 characters to fit inside a Google result. How that is implemented depends on the type of site you have, what you are running on etc. Ash

Replacing Metas and Keywords
Tanveer, what I meant was using the Social Media meta data tags in your page. Before we used the meta data tags Google didn't use our given Title and Description. After we entered it in the Meta Data tags for Facebook and Twitter (We used the same title for SM and our page, as did we do with the description) and all of the suddon Google used our Title and description. Hope you understand what I meant now. Regards Jarno
