You may want to buy EMD's for the traffic that comes to them depending on the keyword and redirect them to your current site.

Good response Patrick. I would agree with him. You can target multiple niches on one site however take due care with your on site efforts / taxonomy structure and get ready to add loads of good relevant content.

Hi Kevin,

Google's tool only give exact match search volumes whereas Bing includes broad phrase and exact match results. This might be the cause for the discrepancy in volumes. Google's data being displayed in the keyword tool might not be that current.

You should check out Customer Lobby. They solicit phone reviews from the clients and have different packages. One one of our team member's recent visits to a local medical clinic, the doctor's secretary actually handed out business cards with links to Yelp and Google+ review pages for the doctor and was encouraging everyone to leave their feedback on the sites... Something to think about.
