Is there still a way to put in a support ticket with Moz. I cannot find it on the site.
I see there's a link from the Help Hub. If you go there, there's a link to Contact Help.

When Company names confuse search
Very interesting question. I'm also wondering if BSC + accounting (as an example) impedes your client's ability to rank because of lowered brand ranking signals. B.Sc. audiences are bound to bounce more and spend far less time on page and site. They're unlikely to link to you when they might, in fact, link to one of your B.Sc. competitors.

How do Yelp and Justia get all the extra Meta Description Real estate?
Although I haven't tested this myself, I've heard others say that removing the meta description is one way to get Google to show a bigger description in the search results because they pull information off your website instead of sticking to the character limit of the tag.

Using the Google Translation WP App use of hreflang
I don't think you understood. They are not using the flags as languages, please re read. It is a feature in the app that I am asking about. Do you have any experience with it? Thanks

What are you using to see SERPs in cities you are not in?
I don't think there is a perfect any longer for this. I do think it is a good tool though. Certainly better than most. I did the same searches in same cities using this tool and the Moz tool that Logan pointed out. I got the same results for several searches so it gives me some comfort on both. I actually think this one is easier than the Moz tool, but with the Moz tool you can set up multiple profiles that are retained for future searches which is a huge plus. Thanks again

Lawyer versus Attorney... does it matter?
Google does, in fact, know that lawyers are attorneys and attorneys are lawyers. However, you'll notice that Google's search results don't reflect this. You'll see different results for lawyer phrases versus attorney keywords. When optimizing, you'll want to make sure you've done your keyword research and mention those keywords appropriately on the site.

Best length for a video on a website
When I worked in the newspaper industry and they started to use video, we were always told to keep it to under a minute and a half - I think if you go beyond that then people lose interest. Even so, if you go to the full time it has to be interesting throughout. The shorter the better really and don't do it for the sake of it - it has to add something for the viewer.

Google Contacting Clients in an Adwords MCC?!
Alick, I did use the Adwords community forum and was pleasantly surprised by the input. One person (level 13) stated this had happened to him and gave some good input. Another did as well. Thanks for taking time to send an answer to me. All the best, Robert

Dealing with fake negative Yelp reviews: Anyone every found out who was doing and brought legal action?
Thanks for the response. I think we are more in agreement than what you may realize. Just to be clear. I was not advocating a back and forth on anything. Those absolutely lead nowhere. My point is that a well crafted, positive response is usually worth it. If someone is hell bent on being a jerk back, I think the unreasonable response from the customer further invalidates the negative review to begin with. Showing that you are professional in dealing with complaints was my point and that professionalism usually wins through in making an impression on other customers. My "taking it on the chin" is not about letting your company be dragged through mud per se, but showing that you are professional and sensible even when the customer is not. I would also agree that if you can also contact the customer and resolving the issue directly is always the way to go and we encourage this where possible. Often that information can be made part of the response. i.e. "Thank you for your review. I enjoyed speaking with you on the phone and glad we could resolve this ..." If you would like some data on how users trust reviews more when they see negative reviews there is a study by Revoo here with the PDF of the Revoo data here. You can also read some research done by Harris Interactive here. As with all these things "your mileage may vary". To that point we did focus groups on the site I work on to see if we would see the same effect of the negative review qualifying the positive review and saw this happening with our demographic. People were suspicious when it was all positive reviews, but when they would then see a business with a negative review and a well crafted response from the business, they would often respond very favorably to the information. Thanks!

Using structured data for reviews - for negative or warnings.
Hello Robert, That I know of there is no micro-data markup for your specific need. However, you should be able to use the review rating for now. You can show the skull and crossbones or happy faces or whatever you need to show to the user, and then use the Rating or AggregateRating schema to translate that into what Google needs, which is essentially a number range from 1-5. These would show up as starts in the SERPs, but you could show them with whatever icons you like on your website.

Is it just me, or are some people just unhappy?
Hi Robert, Quick thought on people not bothering to read the subject is I would suggest moving the thumbs up/down button so you can only vote at the bottom of the article (thus assuming you've read it) and this may help stop thumbs down from just title surfing. The only argument I do have for thumbs down is spam now and then it's in the comments so would be nice if we had thumbs removed just an opportunity to flag spammy comments. thanks

Anyone using CloudFlare on multiple sites?
Does anyone know how many domains you can have under the business plan? Is that just for one site?

Google "pigeon" update, is Google turning search over to all the directories?
Hello Miriam, It is the same. I understand from a local perspective a lot of people are giving this a thumb's up. I am not sure I would at this juncture and we have had a winner or two from it. With Real Estate, if you are a broker, it is a disaster in terms of terms like home(s) for sale, townhomes, real estate or these terms and a geo-locator like Houston. (Dr. Pete spoke to this around my comments on his post The Month Google Shook the SERPS.) You know I am not a "Google done me wrong" person; it's their web property and as EGOL said for a while they did not monetize it and people had a grand ole time. Today, they are going to monetize it just like we would. The issue is more that, IMO, user experience will suffer and I think they will begin to lose market share, but over time. I talk to enough users who are not in our field and they complain about not being able to find someone local when they are looking. For me as a searcher, I find it odd that if I want to find a specific breed of dog or a specific area for a home, etc. I am forced to use a "national" directory of some sort. Doesn't this remove the need for the search engine?? Best
