• User-agent: rogerbot
• Disallow: < Type your webpages >

Afterwards, you can test it with the research tools and crawl the site.

It will be duplicate content because you will have two or more duplicate versions of a webpage appear on different URLs.

I can see your feed in Google Reader.  No issues here.

All you need to do is go to feedburner and click on the "monetize" tab.  From there link your adsense account.

In the adsense account you can go to "my ads".  In that tab there is a section called "my feeds".  You can select which feed you want to monetize.

For link management I use buzzstream.com.  It's affordable and pretty decent.  Better than using an Excel spreadsheet.

Stay away from these practices.

I use market samurai for keyword research.  It' been a solid tool for quite a while.

I agree with Zachary.  The script is good but there is a workaround.  Post first.  I would also suggest adding some links to interior pages, and to add some branding keywords in your copy.

Scrappers are lazy enough they forget to read the whole article.

When it come to buying links I am always against it.  But if I was considering buying it from these to sites, I would use the following logic to decide:

• What is their site about? A directory that you pay to get rank.  That is a flag for me because I want visitors to my site too.

• Can Google kill the juice of this site for this same reason?  Yes.  With whatever zoo animal update that Google releases, this site's juice can get nix and so it my site and my money.

  Bottom line: I would not do it for my site.  Anything that is too good to be true is not.  Just my 2 cents.

I agree with everyone here.  I alwys explain to my clients how to acquire fans and the important of qualified prospects. Numbers do not mean a thing if they do not engage or buy.

My suggestions is facebook ads, current friends and a great facebook page.  When I have a client that states they have 1000s of fans, I asked them how many engage or buy from them.

Their awnser is always.......

If your goal is for email capturing then I agree with the prevoius suggestions.

In addition, I would:

• Move the sign up form above the fold
• Like Ian said, the offer must be the highlight and it should lead into your form.
• Have a call to action (e.g. Start Now, Find how much you can claim today!, Complete the form to know your claim today!, Free compensation analysis, etc.)

You site can be crawl.  Like everyone said, just wait for big G.

I would say both, your blog and guest post.  You want people to know that you exist, that is why guest blogging is great, because in addtion to the link, you are in front of an audience that otherwise would have never heard of you.

But...if they visit your site, you need to have useful, relevant and helpful content so your new visitors stay on your page.  Secondly, you want Google to associate your keywords to your site.

So do both, have great content on your site and write awesome guest posts.

Using the Robot.txt to block the sub domains might not be the best route.

The only way I would think you can do that is by telling GWT to remove the URL (in this case your subdomains).

On Webmaster tools, click on "Site Configuration", then "Crawler access" then "Remove URL". Here click on "New Removal request". You will then see a option to remove whole site. You can use this option to remove "subdomain.domain.com" from SERP.
