Thank you for reaching out to us! I'm sorry that you are seeing a problem with your Google Analytics connection. Roger usually fetches your traffic data with puppy-like enthusiasm, but there's sometimes a delay between Google and Moz. One way to alleviate that is to refresh your GA connection:

• Head to your campaign settings page on your overview page: http://screencast.com/t/je3mv5DkPbU
• Disconnect your Google Analytics connection: http://screencast.com/t/59NDMB0Ov
• Go back to your settings page and click on "connect account." Please make sure you log into the correct GA account.
• Hurray! This should let you grab the most current traffic data!

Thanks for reaching out, sorry about that! That tool is no longer available through the stand-alone research tools. We did some research and noticed that not a lot of folks were using it (less than 1% engagement), but we've heard the cries of those of you who loved it and we're bringing it back! Currently, we don't have a hard eta. But it is looking like it will be rolled out with Moz Analytics.

Even though we will be adding it back, in the meantime we would definitely love to hear about your thoughts on the tool in the feature request form at https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests

Sorry for the delay in answering this question.  It is true that currently we don't have a convenient way to export traffic data we draw from GA.  This is something we are actively pursuing on our end to be presented to our customers, which is interesting because this is definitely something that we will be featuring in the custom report section in Moz Analytics, however that feature is still in the beta process and won't be available until public release

In the meantime though, we would love you feedback into what you would like that report to have and what it should look like in our request forums at:  https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am sorry if you are seeing some issues with your on-page tool.  Generally once you run the report, the tool uses a special arm of Roger to crawl the site you directed check out the on-page information.  During the time, we will always look at what your server's most recent version of the code suggests, while I am not sure exactly what happend in your situation, there could have been many instances where your server simply hasn't caught up yet with the front end changes you've made.  Either case, without some specific example of URL/KW combo we don't really do much into looking into this issue for you.

Just to cover our bases, I went ahead and started a ticket for you so you should hear from me soon!

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am sorry if you might be seeing some discrepancies between our report vs. what you are seeing.  I looked into the campaigns you were mentioning, it looks like the non www urls aren't redirecting with a 301 to the www url like you mentioned, what I am seeing is that they are still sites that register a 200 response.  You can actually see their http response here:

Hope that helps, at this time we aren't getting any reports of issues with the crawler, but if this is stilling happening after you put in a 301 redirect please let us know at help@moz.com

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am sorry if you are seeing a delay in your rankings.  Generally the date displayed on your web app is when we start the process to collect your rankings for the week.  Normally that process happens during the date and rankings are updated in the assorted order they are assigned to (we do approximately a few thousand jobs a day).

With that said, it does look like your campaign updated later than usual Just to make sure we covered all our bases, I check to see if we had some issue with our SERP collectors and it doesn't look like that's the case, so it is unlikely your next week's job will be delayed.  I went ahead and gave you something for the inconvenience you experienced... you'll just have to wait (it's a surprise).

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us.  I am sorry you are having a hard time in resetting your password  In terms of how to accomplish that.  You would just have to do the following:

• Log into your account and head to your "Billing and Subscriptions" page or https://moz.com/users/auth
• From there click on "Login Settings"
• At that pint you should see your current email for your account, simply press the "Edit" button to start changing your email address http://screencast.com/t/shrj5tGb

In terms of having separate emails to handle different aspects of the account, this is a feature that we don't have at the moment.  However we are looking into providing multi-seat to our customers that should address this problem, that feature is being release at the start of Moz Analytics which we are putting out in the next 30-60 days.

Thanks for the question  I am glad you asked that.  Currently the SERP collector we are using assumes few IPs and identities to scrub all of the personalization and "biases" that are associated with normal search to give you the most accurate ranking.  Mobile search is is fundamentally biased since your phone is a wealth of personalized data and information search engines use to produce rankings (another reason why user data is such a valuable commodity).    While mobile rankings is something we are looking for the in the future, at the moment our result remains as a computer search rankings.

We really appreciate feedback and feature requests; they help us decide what parts of our software development to prioritize. Here's the feature request forum we use to collect ideas:

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am sorry to hear that the export option is no longer available  This was a hard decision for us since we do know that a lot of users utilize the report card export function for prospecting customers and do quick one off reports.  Through a series of user studies, we simply found the utilization rate for that tool was not great  So when the redesign happend and we released the new research tools, that feature was not included.  Fortunately we have heard your cries and now we have some internal discussions about bringing it back for the new tool!!  Please go to this link and lend that feature your support, feature requests help us prioritize items to work on for the future and gets you in touch with our devs/project owners.

Hope that helps, in the meantime, you are certainly welcome to check out our report card function within the campaign if you wish to export an on-page report.

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am glad you asked this question.  It looks like when your account wasn't active, your Followerwonk might have been attached to the non-PRO version of the account, so we would have to manually unlink the connection from this end.

Just to have you get the process started, can you send us an email (help@moz.com) asking for the unlinking of the two accounts. In that email you would just have to state the user email and the @ Twitter handle.

Thanks for the responses so far  I am sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you folks, this is an issue we are aware of and looking at currently.  The challenge for this issue is that we can't just simply turn off avatar retrieval since there is no detection for the email client that our customers use, this is an issue that snuck up on us since we simply did not forsee Microsoft Outlook's data retrieval techniques for their recent versions   With that said, our engineers are working hard to come up with a fix for this issue by looking possibly changing how we retrieval that data from the cloud.  In order to release a fix and not break dependancies else where, we need some additional time to come up with a fix and deploy it in a test environment.

In the meantime, you can view our Q&A email by either using the web client for your perspective outlook accounts or you can actually process a change for your non-outlook email if that's possible.  Thanks for the patience our customers have displayed so far, if you like us to give you an update when a fix has been made, you can either email us at help@moz.com or I could simply update this thread once a fix has been deployed!

Thanks a ton for writing in! Currently we do not have search volume as an integrated visual feature on the web app, you can however click on the individual keywords, which will then take you to the keyword analysis that will include the keyword search volume we pull from the search engine.  I can imagine though this process is very manual.  We really appreciate feedback and feature requests; they help us decide what parts of our software development to prioritize. Thanks for reaching out to us.  Moz Rank Tracker on default does an exact match of the keyword to the search engine, so no quotation is needed  So for example, if you do "honey badger," we'll won't accept that since we only need the word or phase to be entered to compile an exact search the in the search engine.  Keep in mind you still have select an exact match on the url or an broad match of the entire url chain.

Thanks for all your feedback and comments here so far  Our devs are aware of this issue and are taking steps to handle this ASAP.  I do agree that it would be easy to simply remove the avatar in the CSS design of the email, but this would impact all the non-outlook users (there's a lot of them too).  So the approach we are taking will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone, which we are hoping to test the fix soon!

Thanks for reaching out to us!  That's a great question  What you are seeing in the keyword difficulty search is our tool using an exact match query into our funnel to pull your data, which is how our tool queries the search engines.  Since we don't do broad matching on our end, that's the reason you are seeing identical search volumes.  So while you are correct in using exact match quotations "." our system automatically assumes whatever you enter as exact match by default.

That of course I am seeing in some of the ranking results in your account, where small differences such as "woman" vs. "women" will pull up different results as the case that they are different words.  Since our tools uses exact match as a default there would be no need to use quotation or brackets to direct us to pull exact matches

Thanks for reaching out to us!  I am sorry you are seeing some discrepancies in your rankings  I can definitely understand if there are some frustrations if you are not seeing the rankings you were expecting.  While I can't speak for the SEO reasons why you are seeing that (Novice SEO here).  I can definitely say that when I search for the terms "ceiling mounted air conditioning unit" & "Portable air con units" in Google.co.uk (using clean browser w/ no cookies, in private browsing mode).  I was not able to find the site www.airconco.com in the top 50 on my end http://screencast.com/t/Oc0mSGwu for "ceiling mounted air conditioning unit" but I was able to find rankings (12th) for "portable air con units"

The way our tool cuts the bias within search results is by collecting the SERPs using a series of IP representing different locales and serve up what Roger thinks is the most "Un-biased."  So while your site can rank #1 for weeks in a row, it is not unusual to see it disappear for a short period of time, although the rise of blood pressure can certainly be there (we're sorry for that!).  In the meantime, you are certainly welcome to use Rank Tracker to check your rankings daily if you prefer, I have put in a few on your keywords which you should be able to check out at: http://ranktracker.moz.com/
