• Link profile: Be sure that they doesn´t have spammy links

• Use archive.org and check what the older owner did. Avoid if the old owner did spam

• Use mxtoolbox.com to check if the domain is in any blacklist

With that you should be OK

1. Localize the top domains from the keywords you want to rank.

2. Check their link profile with a software like "Open Site Explorer".

3. Localize the repicable links, and replicate them

Do not generate all links on the same day/week/month. Link building needs to be progressively done. It´s an ant work

i took a look on the http responses in my browser from that pictures and they are definetly ok

If you are using some cache system, try to clean it, it may could be that you modified them recently and Screaming Frog is getting a cached version

You have the normal meta tags, probably included by your or the wordpress theme and then, you also have og metatags automatically generated by Wordpress SEO Yoast pluggin. The og metatags are used on social networks like facebook.

I would not worry, it  looks ok

Well, depends, if it´s a GOOD domain there are some very interesting benefits against a new domain:

• Domain age is still a positive SEO factor:-)

• Domain authority, will also help you to rank

• If the domain has domain authority, it probably has some inbound links ( as i said, its important to check if they are good ).

• This practice is may not be so ethical, but it´s possible that looking into the domain past with archive.org, you may find interesting content to use that is not longer indexed in google results.

You also can use an older domain to do a redirect 301 to your new domain and take part of the old domain authority, but as always, just do it when the old domain is completly clean and the topics match!

I would never send massive links to the Tier1 and would protect my MS with at least two TIERs, that means send the massive links to the Tier 2 ( or even Tier 3 ).

This options are offered in Business Fanpages so it may has to do something with your fanpage type

Hmm, if the url is exactly the same the PA value should not be affected.. so i think all thoses pages with PA 1 are somehow new urls

To generate massive links automatically you can try GSA Search Engine Ranker

One thing I would recommend you is to write comments in the top blogs from your niche, most of thoses blogs allow you to link your website in your name.

The comments need to be good, so that the people that read the comment will join your website to know a little more about you

I´m doing this in my personal blog and im getting 600-800 users per month and those visitors are really interested on my niche, proof of it is the low bounce rate they have

New content and inbound links from strong domains and your PA/DA will be increased next update 4 sure

I did that, ScrapeBox is awesome tool, but for automatically generate links there are better options in my opinion

Check your website with "Screaming Frog Spider", with it you will get all the info you need ( broken links, duplicated content etc... ).

The problem may be already solved but google still has the "cached" version of your website which contains the errors

I would really recommend you to focus your first efforts in long tails with not so much serp competences to start to generate the first traffic, that´s very important point in my opinon

Just check in the html code if the meta description exists.

Tip in the brower -> view-source:[YOUR_URL]

And try to find smt like

So you will be able to determinate if you have a meta description or NOT

If you want to do link building, you need to build a very natural profile, some tips:

• Anchors: Do not use the exacly keyword you want to rank as anchor, instead use long sentences including your kw.
• Variety: Do not get just "keyword" links, links with url, branch are also important.
• Nofollow: It´s very important to include nofollow links in your link profile.
• **Footer/sidebar: **Avoid links from footer/sidebar, specially if they are nofollow.
  - **Variety of domains: **Get your links from different domains.
  - Avoid links fromk penalized websites: It´s also very important to analyze the domains your site is going to be linked are healthy enough

I would not disavow, it sounds that you links are totally ok, but if you are not sure, try to use "nofollow" and you should be ok
