The answer is easy, just do it when you think such link will provide profitable information to the users
You can see it on this link -> http://moz.com/products/api/updates
Next one is next week
( hopefully! )
I would write just one article.
If you write 4 articles competing for the same keyword the link juice will by divided by four
I did the same mistake in the past and as a result google was not really sure which url should rank for that specific keyword
Hope this helps
That´s not good, you should distribute your backlinks in different urls and not always the home. I would recommend you to start to do it
I would not post the same articles that links your blog in two different domains... this is not good for them because of duplicate content and since they will link you, it will also not be good for you.
2nd option definitely
The main difference between them is that long tails refers something very specific and the short tail something more general.
For example:
Car -> Short tail
Where to buy a cheap car in london -> Long tail
If you are starting with a new project, focus your effort in long tails, they do not have much traffic volume but they are easier to rank and they definetly convert better.
Also if you rank many tails you also can get a looooooooot of traffic
I´m focusing one niche on long tails and it´s going quite well
Hello
As Laura said, you can can use the robots meta tag, but it will take a while till google remove your site from the results.
In case you want to remove in a short time, use Google Webmaster Tools ( Google index => Remove URL ).
If you use 2nd option, is also recommended to use the first one to prevent google indexing your url again
Br
If you create 300 google accounts to like yourself with the same IP, for sure google will notice it. You could use proxies but you may need to ask your self following:
It´s really worth to spend time doing such things?
I will not remove backlinks just because they have a low DA value. Variety on your link profile is very important
And about your question, difficult to say since it will always depends in which niche you want to rank, for example, if you want to rank in domains/flights niche, you will need a huge authority ( almost impossible ).
That´s why it´s important to analize the competence of a niche very good before starting with a project
Hope this helps

If you do a good job, you will not lose any ranking.
You should:
Check that all the meta tags / canonicals / titles reminds as before
Be sure that the url structure reminds exactly as before
I would recommend you not go process the modification directly in production. Use a dummy server for it and check with Screaming FROG that everything is ok. And then, when you are sure everything looks ok, go to production
A: Links from banner vs Content ?
Content, always from the content, google like contextual links
B: Backlinks from India SEO company do they hurt our link profile?
If you think this backlink could not be good for your domain authority, use Disavow and sleep better, but I would not worry so much as soon as there are just couple of links, variety is also important.
Should I ping my links using tools or have my friends click on them ?
Nah, let them index alone. Patience is very important for SEO
How many links should I try to build a week ?
Depends on your niche and competitors, im working in a niche with low-medium competence and im creating 10 links / month, im ranking extrem well.
E: Does the position of a backlink matter (in case your able to select position)
I also like to write the backlink in the first paragraph so that google robot follow it as soon as possible, but i´m not really sure if this is a factor xD
F) Link profile
I would not use links on sidebars/footers for a link building factor, but for getting referred traffic interested on your niche. Always nofollow.
If you consider the link as toxic, before using disavow tool from Google, I would first try to contact the webmaster, sometimes this help to me

I think your are doing right!
It´s their site and they can decide whether to nofollow their links or not. You also can ask 4 a dofollow link of course, but i think such a big site have for sure automated processes and probably many e-mails per day, so I think it be difficult that they pay attention on such things, but who knows..
Anyway most important is that this is a clear signal that you did an awesome job and as you say, nofollow links are also important
From 100 links, 40 pointing categories looks ok for me.
Google is against link building practices and follows such practice ( PENGUIN ), so if you want to do link building and not get caught, you need to build a very natural link profile:
- Anchors: Do not use the exacly keyword you want to rank as anchor, instead use long sentences including your kw.
- Variety: Do not get just "keyword" links, links with url, branch are also important.
- Nofollow: It´s very important to include nofollow links in your link profile.
- **Footer/sidebar: **Avoid links from footer/sidebar, specially if they are nofollow.
- **Variety of domains: **Get your links from different domains.
- Avoid links fromk penalized websites: It´s also very important to analyze the domains your site is going to be linked are healthy enough.

Hello,
my opinion is that as soon as each url offers always some unique content to be indexed, it should be ok. I don´t see the sense of having two urls with exactly the same content, but doesn´t seems to be your case

Well the first thing what i´m doing when i start a link building campaign is to check the link profiles of my competitors.
Then i split the interesting ones in two groups:
- Replicables: I just replicate them if they are interesting enough
This methodology + my own sources give me always a good opportunity to have a great link profile

Nothing, in my opinion it´s good. Creating backlinks in a new website is not a good idea IMO! Wait at least 1 month and be sure to have content/indexed urls before starting with the link building campain
I worked some .info domains ( some microniches ) in the past and they ranked ok! But i read very often that they dont rank so well as .com
I have a niche where my domain is a part of many long tails and I use different articles to complete the long tail sequence. For example:
Trying to rank "how to make a pizza" ( stupid example hehe )
It´s ranking very well and google can interprete the long tail sequence perfectly
So I would really use only "diagnosis", you will rank good aswell and will look more natural
