RE: Multiple campaigns for similar pages
Hey there!
There are several different ways to go about this. Tracking keywords in a campaign will provide data on the best-performing pages on that particular domain for those keywords. However, you do have the option to restrict a campaign to a particular subdomain, and depending on how your site is structured, it could be feasible to make several different campaigns all tracking a separate subdomain or subfolder. If you're looking to check rankings for particular keywords on specific pages, you might want to use the Rank Tracker tool instead, as that will report on the exact URL you enter.
I hope that helps! Campaign setups can vary wildly depending on your site structure.

RE: MOZ not verifying my Google My Business listing
Thanks for writing in and sorry about any confusion!
Moz Local's validation system still uses Google Places, not GMB directly. Each location must be verified in Google Places (most easily checked on Google Maps) for Moz Local validate the NAP details.
GMB locations are not public-facing, they have details that only you as the owner/manager can see. So until any new changes are verified on Google Maps, they aren't detectable by Moz Local's validation system.
If you are still not sure why we're not picking up your location, feel free to reach out to help@moz.com with your business name, address, phone number, as well as a link to your Google Maps or Facebook location, and we can help investigate!

RE: Updating Local Listings that Moz Local Won't Update completely?
Hi there! Sorry for the trouble you're having with local listing updates.
Generally we expect our directory partners to update their listing information within 8-12 weeks, but if you're not seeing movement in that time I would recommend reaching out to use at help@moz.com with your listing details. We can take a closer look at those partners and determine why they may not be updating.
Thanks!

RE: Moz Local Now Available For Canada?
Sorry for any confusion about that. Yes, that page is incorrectly showing the American partners for Canada. We do still use Google and Facebook as verification sources, but our Canadian distribution partners are currently:
Bing
Factual
Foursquare
HotfrogI hope that clarifies things!

RE: Still no invite to site crawl beta! Why bother?
Hi there! We can definitely help you out with checking on your invite status. Just reach out to help@moz.com with the email address you registered under.
Invites do not depend on paid vs trial status. We've been adding those who signed up in batches, so it's possible we have not yet placed you in the beta, depending on when you registered! Thanks!

RE: Error Code 803: Incomplete HTTP Response Received
-- update: the new Moz Pro site crawler is now live, this means we can now crawl your SNI site. If you have any queries please check this post on fixing 803 errors, or reach out to help@moz.com --
Hey there!
Patrick linked to a really helpful Q&A article, but the other big cause for an 803 error would be SNI (Server Name Indication). Unfortunately I don't see the actual domain included in your question, so it's hard to be sure, but that's usually the prime suspect. Our current site crawler does not support SNI and if that is in use on your site, we will have trouble crawling it.
The good news is that we have begun to develop a new crawler that supports SNI, which is currently in beta. If you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, you can head here to sign up: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1
I hope that helps! Feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com if you want to discuss these errors in greater detail on a non-public forum.

RE: New to Moz. how to get complete list of Keywords processed, for example, can see only 85 out of 100 results
Sorry for the trouble! I presume you're asking about Keyword Explorer?
You should be able to navigate to the next page of your list, but if that's not an option it may be a bug. I would recommend writing in to help@moz.com with details about which List is having trouble so that we can take a look!

RE: Lack of UK Keyword Volume Data In Moz
We actually still use Keyword Planner as a major data source! You can read about how it goes into our bucket model here: https://moz.com/blog/sweating-details-google-keyword-tool-volume
We've also instituted our own fix for the grouping trend that Google is moving toward. For more information on how we're keeping Keyword Explorer data clean and accurate, please check out this blog post by Russ Jones: https://moz.com/blog/google-keyword-unplanner-clickstream-data-to-the-rescue

RE: Lack of UK Keyword Volume Data In Moz
Hi there, and sorry for the trouble!
I checked on these keywords in Keyword Explorer and we actually do have UK volume data available for 'leather satchel', 'leather laptop bag', 'satchels', 'leather bag', 'leather backpack', and 'leather school satchel'. Are you possibly looking at these volumes in the Tracked Keywords Overview in your campaign? We are experiencing a bug right now where many UK customers don't see the volumes populate in their campaigns even though we have data for them. The engineers are working on the issue at this time. In the meantime, checking keywords in Keyword Explorer is going to be your best bet.
If you do happen to find a keyword with no volume data in Keyword Explorer, the good news is that your Keyword Difficulty score is unaffected by volume data, as it relies on SERP rankings, so you can definitely still find useful data there. The SERP Analysis section can also be useful.
I hope that helps!

RE: Canonical url does not seem to be recognised by Moz
Hey Mike! It looks like the formatting of that canonical tag might be off. You can read more about canonicalization and proper formatting here: https://moz.com/learn/seo/canonicalization
Here is a post about how we detect duplicate content: https://moz.com/devblog/near-duplicate-detection/

RE: Validation needed - listing not found on google or facebook, but I'm looking at my google my business listing. Whats going on?
Sorry for the trouble! A verified Facebook or Google listing must meet certain requirements to be used as a validation source. You can find those requirements here: https://moz.com/help/guides/local/listing#frequently-asked-questions
If your Google listing meets all those requirements, then a failure to validate usually means Google is simply not making the location available in their Google Places database. In that event, there's unfortunately not much we can do from our end to force it to surface. You would need to reach out to Google to inquire about it.
If you're still not quite sure why we can't pick up your Google listing, we can help investigate if you send us a link to the page at help@moz.com. Thanks!

RE: Moz Local showing wrong Acxiom Listing
Hey there!
Without looking at the listing in your account it's hard to tell what exactly might be happening here. If your client is currently managing their listing on Acxiom, Moz Local will not be able to update it on your behalf, which may be why it's not appearing there. Ideally the client would release their listing, allowing us to update it. Feel free to reach out to us at help@moz.com if you want us to take a closer look into the account!
