Personally, I'd say to make 100% sure all your 301 redirects are placed properly, and that each old URL is redirected to the absolute best new URL to get the user what they're looking for.

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Are you looking for suggestions to boost your PA and DA, because your site isn't ranking? If that's the case, you'll need to build more high-quality backlinks to your site. I'd recommend starting with our Beginner's Guide to Link Building. Otherwise, you may be best served reaching out to a paid consultant.

Here's another recommendation for Google's Keyword Tool. I'd also like to add the the Landing Pages tool in the Keyword Rankings section of Moz Pro is intended to help restore some search volume data when it comes to keyword traffic to your own site.

I agree with Eric, and I also think this may be a good use for UTM tracking URLs. You could easily set them up using, say, the video titles as your utm_content. You could then shorten the URLs with the UTM parameters. Google has a great URL builder tool here.
