Minor languages keyword research
Hi there Luca, unfortunately sometimes search terms just have low search volume, particularly in less-spoken languages, and it can be difficult to get around. Sometimes that's a sign that the term isn't used in that language (maybe the direct translation doesn't make sense or there's some cultural reason that people in the country don't search for a specific thing). Sometimes it can also be a sign that, even if it's the right term, optimising for that language won't offer much return on investment so I would pay some attention to the fact that search volumes are low. That said, there are other sources of info (which are more/less dependent on the same data that you're getting from Google Ads), here's the list of tools I try to hit up: Search Console if you're already ranking SOMEWHERE for some of these terms SEMRush AHRefs SEOmonitor Good luck!

Only a fraction of the sitemap get indexed
Hey Luca, I'm sorry that you are running into this trouble. Here are a few things to review in order to get the number of pages increased in Google: 1. You'll want to review your internal linking structure in the Google Search Console. Adding a xml sitemap and submitting it to Google and Bing can help but inner links can help Google index new pages and deeper pages 2. Add content to key pages on the site like the homepage, category pages and individual product pages. If your site is thin (have pages that have less than 200 words of content), Google will be less likely to index it deeper 3. Build external links to deep pages on the site such as product category pages I hope this helps - I would start with content and inner linking

Is there an automated way to import Keyword Rank Tracker data in Google Data Studio?
The add-on only appears to import MozRank and link targeting information. Can you confirm that rank can be imported? Thanks!

URL structure for new product launch
Hi Luca, there should be no reason to link to ProductY.com if it's an empty web that you redirect to www.CompanyX.com/ProductY, unless you create those backlinks, and if you create them, better to point them directly to www.CompanyX.com/ProductY If there is some reason why someone naturally could create backlinks to that domain that I'm missing, in that case it could help, and it would transfer link juice to www.CompanyX.com/ProductY If your company wants to do this for marketing purposes, go ahead, it won't benefit your SEO but it won't either harm it. Greetings!

URL structure for am International website with subdirectories
Hi Luca I would use option 3 where you add country followed by language. website.com/uk/en website.com/ca/fr website.com/ca/en This will allow you flexibility when there is a country with two languages like Canada. Just remember to use the hreflang tag on all pages. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/189077?hl=en Fitflop do this very well www.fitflop.com/uk/en I hope this helps Regards Nigel

JavaScript page loader - SEO impact
Hi Luca! So sorry for the wait. Yes, Google is able to load, crawl, and index pages written in Javascript. There are mixed reports as to how well, exactly, but your research is correct.

How is Google determining location for geotargeting
Hi Martijn, thank you for your answer. I am basically trying to decide if I should geo-target or language target a website. From what I understand from your answer (correct if I am wrong), if I geo-target a website for the UK, it will appear in SERP optimally not only if the searcher IP belongs to the UK, but also if the search was done from google.co.uk outside the UK. I need to get this right, since the market I am in is rather competitive
