Hi Janet!
I just sent you an email to go over the concerns about your campaigns. Look for my mail and we can troubleshoot everything further that way!
Thank you!

Hi Janet!
I just took a look at your campaign for "Mens Health Answers", and the Crawl Diagnostics look to be crawling all of your pages. Can you log into your campaign again and let me know if you're seeing something different than what I'm seeing? If you're still seeing issues, click the blue button on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen on almost any Moz page and let us know.
Thanks!

Hi Janet,
In that case, I'm guessing that Tony is correct that this is most likely a firewall issue. I ran a crawl test on www.respuestasparaelhombre.com and it did actually crawl all of your pages as far as I could tell, but I'm also not able to check any of your page grades. If possible, please reach out to the host of your website to see if they can help diagnose this issue.
If you have any other questions or issues, please write into help@moz.com and we'll help you out further.
Thanks!

Hello Janet!
I believe the problem here is actually the special characters in your URL, which our tools will generally have a hard time reading.
In general, foreign language characters in your URL are tricky when it comes to SEO. I would recommend reading the following article that explores this in more depth:
https://www.fusionbox.com/blog/detail/are-foreign-language-characters-in-urls-bad-for-seo/536/
I hope this helps. Thank you!

Hi Christian!
Besides the other great answers provided above, it looks like this is likely caused by server errors, and also the fact that these links seem to be blocking user-agents. Are you able to make adjustments to either of these?
If you have further issues, please write into help@moz.com and we'll take another look.
Thanks!

Hi there!
Can you try logging out of your account from the MozBar? Please click the Settings button and the Logout button to sign-out and then sign back in with your account, as shown in this screenshot:
http://www.screencast.com/t/ROqaUFd8oUlo
This should log you out of your Moz account on moz.com as well. When you log back in, check the MozBar to see if things are updated, and if not, try refreshing your page one more time.
I'm hoping this solves your problem, but if it doesn't, please feel free to write into help@moz.com and we'll look into this further.
Thanks!
Kevin

Hi Paul!
Our tool has a 90% tolerance for duplicate content, which means it will flag any content that has 90% of the same code between pages. This includes all the source code on the page and not just the viewable text. You can run your own tests using this tool: http://www.webconfs.com/similar-page-checker.php.
In the case of http://www.ukhost4u.co.uk/blog and http://www.ukhost4u.co.uk/blog/author/trafficsource, these pages are 98% similar, which is why they're being flagged.
We have a great article about best practices for fixing Duplicate Content here:
https://moz.com/learn/seo/duplicate-content
Thanks!

Hi Serkan!
I just responded to your email about this request as well. Please check your email and respond to that if you have any questions.
Thank you!

Hi Daniel! I definitely submitted this feedback about the page breaks, so I'm hoping that it's something that will be in the works soon. Thanks for chiming in about this and resurfacing it!
That's another good idea! Custom fonts are also not an option at the moment, but it's something I will add to your idea about the page breaks.
Thanks!
Kevin
Hi Benjamin!
Great question about the page breaks! This is not something that is currently available, but it's a good idea and one that I will pass on.
As far as notes go, you can definitely add in Notes to explain the data in your modules. These are available in the "Design Report" section of a Custom Report on the left of the modules that you've chosen. Just click and drag over the yellow box to the section in your report that you'd like to see them, and add in any notes you'd like!
I hope this helps
Have an awesome day!
Hi Jamie!
It looks like there was a problem a little earlier today with this. It should be resolved now. Can you give it another go, and email help@moz.com if you're still experiencing any issues? Thanks!
