Hi! I would definitely link to Google+ from your website. It just has so many benefits for SEO, that having that connection won't hurt. It doesn't need to be super prominent if the majority of your community is on FB and Twitter. But I don't think it will hurt anything by having it there. Plus, you may find that you actually do have a community on G+.
I also agree with bjgomer13 that everyone you ask will probably say something different.
Hi! This is a really great question.
I would highly recommend checking out one of our weekly webinars: http://www.seomoz.org/dp/wednesday-webinar with the Help team. Each week they cover a different topic and show you how to best use our tools. You'll get a chance to ask specific questions and get in-depth information.
Also, we have an extensive Help Hub that has lots of information on how to use the tools, why you should use them, etc. I'd check that out as well: http://www.seomoz.org/help.
I hope this helps get you started down the right path.
Thanks again for asking!

Hi! You're right, we've been having major issues with Rank Tracker. We have also had a message at the top for about 6 months that we are planning on upgrading it and taking away the current Rank Tracker. We hope to have more info on it later today.
Hi everyone! In case you missed it, the videos went live today. Check out the post to get all the details: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/2012-mozcon-videos-are-here. Also, if you were an attendee, check your email for your discount code!
Thanks!
Thanks Gyi! haha You're already doing a great job of paying it forward.
If this were a case where someone had used SEOmoz in a case study, I would probably send a tweet something like "So Cool! Thanks @bigcompany for using us in this great case study: http://casestudy.com - Check it out!". But this is the "Moz voice" so obviously you should use your brand's voice. Alternatively if their tweet is short, you could RT and add your own message at the beginning, like "Wow, Thank you! RT @bigcompany This is a case study on xyz, bla bla bla http://url.com".
Hope this helps!
Hi Alex! The update happened this afternoon, check out the blog post here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/september-mozscape-update-is-live. We usually have a blog post and announce it on Twitter when it goes live. Thanks for your patience!
We hope to have them available next week! Just finishing up the final touches.
Hi Nathan!
In a scenario like this you'd want to email us at help[at]seomoz.org to open a support ticket and we can help you get accounts figured out.
Thanks!
Jen
I might do a combo of adding a page to the company website's about section, as the company site already has domain authority and could easily rank well. For example, if you do a search for "Rand Fishkin" his SEOmoz bio is the first thing to show up in the SERPS: http://www.seomoz.org/team/randfish. Make sure to link that page to any other page on the web about her.
It also wouldn't hurt to set up a simple website with her matching name domain (for example mine is http://jensablelopez.com - that other pesky Jennifer Lopez has all other domains taken up.) and make sure that site links to the company about page as well as social channels.
But if you want the images to change, then make sure that the images on the company website and the new domain, as well as the social sites really, are all optimized for her exact name. Make sure the image name is her name and the alt text is her name and any links.
I'd also set up a google+ account and add a few images of her that she's ok with and tag herself in them. Google is showing G+ images in image search now and this is a good way to get your photos out there.
Hope that helps!
Hey Gyi, we don't have any set in stone yet, but we're working on it.
Hi! We hope to have the videos up in the next few weeks. Be sure to watch the blog and your email for info about getting the videos.
Thanks!
I agree with what others are saying. While there is no direct SEO benefit, there are lots of indirect benefits. As noted already it shows social proof, helps with branding, can bring you second-hand links, etc.
Search and social are definitely melding, but social still needs to be social.
