Hi Ryan,
Unfortunately right now when you set up competitors you can only set it to a domain and not to a subfolder. The current URL you're trying to use for a competitor will cause errors because it's a subfolder of wikipedia.org. If you have any additional questions, feel free to email help@seomoz.org to contact the SEOmoz help team directly.

Hi Kathy,
Raven made a decision to stop showing ranking reports on their own, I don't believe they had to give them up (as far as I know). We currently don't have any plans on changing our services, but we did recently ask folks to help us understand what data is most necessary for them: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/which-data-matters-most-to-marketers-take-the-survey. It'd be great if you could fill that out as well.
Thanks!
Jen
Hi! A while back Tom Critchlow wrote a great post on how to use tools and APIs to gather Social Media data, I think this would help you out: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/how-to-track-your-social-media-strategy. Check out the post then scroll down to the part about using Google docs to connect to APIs. I think you should be able to do the same thing for your site if you have some sort of feed for your products.
Hope this helps!

Hi Jarno, sorry about the confusion there! We actually have a ticket in the queue to get this fixed, so we're definitely working on it! I've asked an engineer to let me know which one is correct, and will update this thread when I hear back. I have been assured though that we are capturing all of the MozPoints, so not to worry! Most likely it's a caching issue where one is pulling up-to-date numbers, and the other is pulling a slightly cached number. I'll add more info when I have it.
Thanks!

Hi! Is the toolbar still not working? I'm wondering if perhaps this was happening when we were having issues with the website. Normally as Rich stated, uninstalling and reinstalling works, sorry that didn't work! Another thing is, you need to make sure and have 3rd party cookies enabled.
One way to see the differences is to use a free tool like http://sharedcount.com/ it shows you Facebook likes, shares and comments which are all different items.
Hi James! We're having some issues right now with email, but if you send us the details of your campaign here: http://moz.com/help/contact, we'll dive in and get things sorted for you.
Thanks!

Hi everyone! We had another question open up about the same topic and our VP of Engineering, Kate left a detailed response. I wanted to add a link to it here as well so if anyone came across this question they'd see the response as well:

Thanks!
So sorry about that! It's a known issue that's been fixed, but you'll need to follow the below process to fix this issue for you.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jen
Hello!
Since the avalonu.org redirects to www.avalonu.org you should try adding the final URL in there. See if that works ok for you.
Thanks!
Jen
Me again, just wanted to give you a heads up that the G+ issue is a top priority with our Engineering team right now to get fixed. We'll let you know when it's resolved.Jen
Hey Ben! I'd also like to add to what Christy mentioned is that we do have a welcome webinar this Friday at 10am PDT: https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/355765902. It's an hour long, and we'll walk you through Moz Analytics and other tools, and you'll have plenty of time to ask direct questions to the team and such as well.
And welcome!
Jen
Hi everyone! I'm so sorry this issue hasn't been resolved yet. It is being worked on by the engineering team and I hope to have a more specific update soon. If you haven't yet, please be sure email us at help[at]moz.com as well, that way we can ensure we capture the individual occurrences.
Thanks!
Jen

Hope to see you all there!
Hi guys! So sorry about this, it looks like it is related to our latest index update that went out today. Our engineers are looking into it right now to get it fixed. We'll report back wen it's updated. Thanks!
Hi!
Thanks for the question! When you connect your Facebook account to Moz Analytics, we only have access to the page that you designate. We don't have access to your profile, or any other pages you don't specify. So, when you grant Moz access, you'll pick the page to connect, and we don't have access beyond that.
Hope that helps!
Jen
Hello there!
This is a great question, and one that can be a bit confusing. When you set up a monthly report in a campaign, we run all those reports on the 1st of the month, and start sending them out. It may take until the 4th of the month for all of them to run and get emailed and show up in your campaign.
If you don't see the report by the 5th (since it looks like you're in Australia), please send us an email at help[at]moz.com so we can dig into your account a bit more, and take a look at specific campaigns.
I hope this helps answer your question!
Ouch! It seems that Stephen was trying to be helpful here. I don't think he was trying to be overly promotional. I've edited your comment as that's just not how we roll. Sometimes it's just not possible to get an answer to your question. This is obviously out of the lines of many of our members. I'll run it past the Moz team to see if anyone has specific input.
Please in the future, do not use cuss words and I'd appreciate if you didn't put down other members.
Thanks
