Yes you can download it. Go to disavow your links via https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main then you will see the old file there you can also download it from there. I would recommend backing it up before you upload a new one as a standard anyway.

You could look into the likes of yell.com or the yahoo directory.  You may find a better thing to look for blogs about cakes etc. and connect with the community and you may get some links through there is you are after some links.

I honestly wouldn't worry, you can't control everything that is said about you and as long as there isn't any negative looking links or the stuff is out ranking your brand terms then i wouldn't worry. I can imagine your customers are not looking at some of the sites any way so focus on who would read the stuff and will it affect their opinion of you and does it matter?

If you do have some worry you can always start to put out your own PR to put out better stuff that might help you.

You can also archive the campaign, it wont add up to your campaign and if the client ever comes back or you want to review something its still there for you.

Its a bit of an error unfortunatly. Go to www.moz.com/logout (or simple type /logout) then log back in and it will fix it.

You can also drop help@moz.com an email and they can help worse case more info for them to work on. I believe its an issue with the cookies.

In short: you're logged in even though it doesn't look like it, so log out then log in again!

Google is not very keen on directories and they tend to bring you down more than they bring you up in rankings so I wouldn't recommend going near any. There are some exceptions like the larger directories Yahoo, Dmoz (Ha good luck!) etc. or in some cases really niche directories where maybe users may find your website but directories for SEO value is a no no.

Are site A & B the same subject (e.g both about books) or are they different I say because although you may gain a short term ranking boost longer term it may not hold, if they are about the same niche then it will help the holding some of the rankings.

Would you redirect the whole website to say just the index page or would you redirect each page to the relevant counter part ? Obviously you want to redirect each page to its counter part if you can. There are many factors in ranking and just redirecting doesn't always do the trick.

Why do you need to redirect to site B if it is not the main brand? Also be careful redirecting searchers around as Google can think your trying to be sneaky (like cloaking) and penalize you.

Hope this helps but some other factors missing in redirects. Think carefully about it as its easy to do harder to fix if it goes pear shaped.

Yes it is not a ranking factor, i'm sure they have an internal system but nothing that is published. The last pagerank update was a bit of a mistake as i recall so don't use it as a signal.

Moz, Ahref & majestic have a good rough idea of a prediction of how things will rank but no one will ever know for sure what makes google's special sauce for rankings.

You can also try the search feature. But it depends on what you want to export, I'd recommend looking in the above thread. You could be able to do it all via the custom report section if you don't mind pdfs.

First off before I say anything more remember the grader is only a guide, its not a garuntee that if you get an A you're suddenly in the number 1 spot so like most guides a little bit of your own judgment needs to be filled in too.

You if your alt image tags all have to have IPhone 6 case then that's fine you can probably ignore that particular point. Don't forget though you can always be more descriptive e.g rather that just having iPhone case you can describe it a bit more.

100 links does sound a bit much even for an e-commerce shop, but again you can use your own judgment, if you think you need links to every phone instead of categories go for it but if you can reduce them might be worth doing it or it can get confusing. Always try to put the user first if you think it would make the users like easier to have your site designed a specific way do that as Google likes the user and so should you!

There are some guide about the grader here on Moz if you need some extra help on them. If you are unsure of things you can always compare to competitors see what they are up to but remember just because they are number one doesn't mean they are right: what I mean is they might not necessarily have the correct design choice etc. but it can be handy if you are a bit unsure.

Another handy bit of software I recommend is Screaming Frog, its also free up to 500 URLs so give that a go!

I find it can take effect in a week ish though as mentioned there is no definitive answer keep an eye on your serp position and if your not doing any other tactics you will see a change as quick as 4 days as later as a few months.

Bare in mind Matt Cutts has said you don't need to use it after a penalty you can use it before and is happy for you to disavow a lot he used an example of getting a used domain and getting rid of previous links etc.

Normally redirects are 301 meaning supposedly they are permanent, now you can use a 302 redirect telling the search engine that the redirect is not permanent and it shouldn't update its registry with the contents of site B however if you want to keep the rankings on site A whilst ranking site B you can't really look at a redirect as a shortcut.

If you look at it in the eyes of Google you redirect a site only to undo the redirect a little later down the line it would look sneaky. What you could do however is get some links on site A to site B and some of the link juice would be transferred to site B this way (though not as much as a redirect) and work on a SEO strategy this way.

On the subject of domain name aside from ease of user remembering the name the URL doesn't really have an impact on SERPS.

Unfortunately there isn't really a shortcut to ranking both sites as a redirect.

Strongly Agree with Bradley, anything you learn would be out of date its better to focus on marketing etc.  A basic know how of HTML etc. can also come in handy more often then not.

You may be lucky to find a internship or apprenticeship so you can learn on the go which is great if you've got a mentor etc. but your throwing money away looking for a uni course in it.

You may find you get a better response with help@moz.com. Did you try a refresh on that page after you've logged in? Sometimes with an error turning the Moz bar on and off again ("Have you tried turning it off and on again?") resolves many issues.

As long as the 301 is pointed towards either the same page or a page of equal value (content wise) you should be good. Whilst going through them manually may loose you a bit of rank over time at least you can know you are directing to the correct pages.

Things to remember:

You can only have one file so keep it in one file

Keep track of what you do e.g "I email X company on Y date" this helps google think you're really trying though this is optional.

Try to do it in one go its a bit like dmoz each time you re-upload it can set you back a bit.

You can ask for a reconsider request as soon as you've uploaded the file. It's a good idea as the request can take a while for Google to get to.

the rel=alternative sounds like a great tag for you, it works best on a whole page translation compared to part of it but that's easy to do. If you had a site like www.example.com/en/blogpost you could then set up the alt tag on that for other languages (English in the example).
