This question is not clear. Are you saying http code 200 or quantity 200?  There is nothing called a 200 redirect. I would pick subfolders. Here's why. IN GWT you can set country targeting for specific folders.

You should be using Google Content Experiments. It used to be called Google Conversion Optimizer. You can find Google Experiments in GA > Content > Experiments. There is a video there you can watch. You can test up to 6 version of a single webpage.

I am one of the smaller guys here (getting bigger though). When I have people call me with an HTML site, I normally prefer to move them to WordPress or Magento, if ecommerce. If all you need is on-site optimization, you're going to get a wide range of quotes. If you want your site to be all on WP and don't mind outsourcing, go to oDesk or PM and I'll put you in touch with one of my developers overseas.

HTML > Wordpress is completely different than an SEO. This all depends on how small/big your site is for both the move and SEO services. I'm just speaking from experience that the HTML sites I have worked with were a pain in the ass because of CSS issues. CMS is the way to go.

I would try to get more thumbs up. I actually would put it during the video. Also I would put "SUBSCRIBE to Our Channel"

As far as I know, product specs are okay to copy. For instance, a Motorola RAZR cell phone's features are okay to copy from the manufacture's website. There is nothing better than to write original content. Sometimes I rank because of only one word in the body. I developed a site called Shipoverseas.com and I want to rank for the keyword "international motorcycle shipping". Look at the title. It doesn't have the keyword "international motorcycle shipping". The snippet is generated by Google. That isn't even my meta description.

My point is 'if' you are copy and pasting, other websites would rank for that snippet instead. WRITE ORIGINAL CONTENT. It will make you money.

I would do folders "if" creating a multi-lingual site. Let's take WordPress for example. 1 folder, 1 install, 2 languages, no multiple logins, 1 database.

For subdomains, there is no passing of PR. A subdomain is like having a brand new site. subdomain.example.com and example.com are completely different sites. The only reason I would run subdomains is if I am doing something where the "site search" algorithm will be tweaked a little... like craigslist.org. Every city has a subdomain and the algorithm may be just a little different. Maybe you may need a subdomain for security issues, but in general go with folders.

Also, the stronger example.com/english becomes, the more likely example.com/mandarin becomes. It shares link juice. This example doesn't happen when you use subdomains.

I completely agree ESPECIALLY in this field regarding "Write for humans not search engines". But don't forget to put the keywords in the content.

SEOMOZ uses Wistia.

Normally it takes about 2 days for he conversions to populate in Google Adwords. I learned that the hard way. So if you are looking at yesterday's Adwords information, you will not see conversions. Your Google Analytics conversions have nothing to do with your Google Adwords conversions.

Why not just NO INDEX / NO FOLLOW the page? What is the reason behind this? Do you want Google not to index your https page? Duplicate content? All checkouts have https.

I use Dreamhost and my domains are $10/yr whether or not there is Privacy or not. Just fill in whatever you need to in the fields if you need to or make it private. I have never had an issue with Dreamhost.

It shows in their analytics as well as GA. The only problem I had with them was that it was slow at 1st. Then I added a script to my header,and my pages started load FAST FAST FAST. I didn't know that Addthis was making them slow in the beginning. I have ass this on almost every page including the blog and a couple ecommerce sites of mine.

You should contact help@moz.com, They can help in technical side. I remember when my credit card expired and I wans't able to log into moz, but I didn't lose all my campaign information.

Personally I would 301 BOTH old site to the new site. I would NOT daisy chain.
