Why is my quality score so low?
Hey! Great question (sorry for not getting back to you sooner). The issue isn't your ad copy, or likely your landing page, but the keywords that you're targeting. As with venues or any arrangements offline, costs are significantly higher as soon as "wedding" is thrown in. I have had a similar experience with a client who was advertising on wedding rings -- low quality scores, higher CPCs. When you hover over the status bubble next to your keywords in Google, it should tell you exactly where the issues are. I just checked one of my 1/10 QS KWs and it said my landing page experience, ad relevance, and expected CTR were all below average. This is likely the same for you. I would work on testing your ad copy. But, you need a good adgroup structure for that. Here's my suggestion: I would put together one keyword with exact match with three different ad into one adgroup. That way you can start to isolate the issue. Is it the copy you're using? Can you get a higher CTR for that? Is it the landing page (it's my unsolicited opinion that this page does in fact need some work for a happier customer experience, but always be testing!)? Is it the keyword itself? What are your competitors writing in adcopy for this keyword? What are your ad extensions? What are their CTRs? Can you edit them to be better? For this test, you might want to just run these one keyword adgroups on the google network only, so that way you have an accurate understanding of the amount of traffic that's coming through and how they are interacting with your site. Not that the search partners network impacts your QS, but it will impact your results that will effect your tests (unless you plan on splitting the data by network + search partners).

How to properly implement HTTPS?
Hi, You shouldn't have to do anything in WMT as there isn't an option for preferred URLs between HTTPS and HTTP (whilst there is an option to say if you prefer http://site.com/ or http://www.site.com/). Google should pick up and acknowledge the 301s if you choose to do this, ranking only your HTTPS URLs. It used to be the case that this wasn't recommended for SEO, but Google has come a long way with dealing with secure URLs. Just a quick search for inurl:https will show you how many sites are indexed with SSL URLs. Some have done it properly; some have not.

Why do I have such drastic differences in my ratings?
I just went through the top 150 keywords that brought people to our site to before we switched to our new structure to see if I could find a pattern and it is all random. My first thought was that something was moved farther down the subcategory list but there was no correlation. Many of these pages have almost none or no links. We have links coming to the site but not every category page. We have some category pages with zero external links rank #1 for our keyword. The text is unique. They are category pages so there will be some similarities, but the content and items listed are different.

How do you get these sitelinks in the SERPs?
I would start marking anything and everything you can, that makes since to. I mean the Big three have all said that it is the future of the web, so why not start now. I would say top priorities would be marking up things that are already showing in the SERPS... products, prices, reviews, ETC. I think that breadcrumb makes a lot of since to mark up since it could be easily used by a Crawler to understand site structure.

Why is my servers ip address showing up in Webmaster Tools?
Hmmm, this is a weird one. My guess is, since Google originally found those links (maybe before your site launched, but the pages were linked to and live through the IP address?), it keeps returning to them and finding them. In that case, not much you can do, but keep those canonicals on. Canonicals really can save you from duplicate content problems: I've had clients with multiple versions of every page based on the path you take to a page, and canonicals have allowed them to rank well and avoid penalties entirely. As long as you're doing everything else right, hopefully this shouldn't be too much of an issue. Sorry this ended up falling on you!

Ideas for content
Why don't you write about how the equipment is being used. How it solved a problem. Perhaps a case study on how a client used it and how it improved their business. That way it is irrelevant on various models or even the same model. People love seeing how equipment can solve problems. If well written your clients will love it and perhaps put the case study up on their website and link it back to you.

Why don't I have permission to view the update calendar?
Yes, this is a little long between updates. We had to make the tough decision to not release an update because of quality issues. We have some more details about what happened at http://moz.com/products/api/updates. So sorry about that!

How do I improve positioning in Google Images?
You can try these tips if you haven't already: Optimize the image filename. Have another look at the alt text for each image and ensure it is optimized. Link to the image from the image. For example: [image: ImageURL] Make sure your images are big and beautiful. Differentiate your images from others if they are not exclusive to your site. For instance, you could resize them, change the hue a little, run auto-levels on it, mirror it, crop it, etc... Consider submitting an image sitemap. Hotlink to the image from a guest post on another site. Good luck!

Google cache tool help
Yes. Once you get to the cached page, on the bottom right of the grey bar at the top is a link that says "text-only version". Click on that, and there you have it.

Is there any reason to add the word "buy" to our Adwords keywords?
oh! ok I dunno, I think that sounds pretty normal. I would only start cutting keywords out if they were high cost, no return. So since you work in a really niche market, and if you want to test the theory of "buy X" v just "X", then I would request incremental budget from marketing to run a 2-3 week test on your major head terms on broad match. then look at the search query report for only that keyword during that test time to get some new ideas for keywords to target.

How do I change Yahoo directory listing?
I can't say for sure who you could talk to unfortunately. I've heard from a handful of sources that the Yahoo Directory is operating on a skeleton crew, to say the least, and they're not very prompt with rebilling and similar maintenance.
