Is this facebook a paid for page please advise
You should be able to pick a vanity URL if you go into your basic information settings and go to Username. I would call it something that is descriptive of your business but as short as you can get. /Weight-Loss or /WeightLoss or something like that. I would also recommend adding a cover photo.https://www.facebook.com/help/search/?q=cover+photo

Is my new page to busy please advise
I think the page looks pretty good. My only concern is that the thumbnail images on the right are all skewed. I'm not sure how you'd fix this - perhaps by using timthumb?

Does this on huffington post help your seo aims
Yup. They're going to increase clicks and they are also good internal links. They likely help the search engines figure out what those pages are about.

How to free articles sites work when they offer duplictae articles
Sometimes they rank well simply because they have been around for a very long time. Other times it's because they have many links pointing to them from various sources. Sometimes it can be simply that Google hasn't caught on to them yet but there days might be numbered. Remember Panda only impacted around 12% as per Wikipedia. And Penguin impacted even less. So this means that either every other site is using only white hat tactics or they have flown under the radar for now but Google is always making adjustments.

Will upgrading my dedicated server improve my site speed
I'm not familiar with Joomla, but you should be figuring out how to get serverside caching enabled. Looks like they have their own implementation, so you probably don't need an extension. If you aren't familiar with the code found on this page, you should probably hire someone qualified to do it.

What tool can i use to get the true speed of my site
Hi ryan I use tmd hosting, and what they provide for me is, they when required upload a template that i can then work on to the hosting package, if the site goes down for whatever reason they sort it out straight away (although it is something they have done but not happened for two years), I spent six months trying to find a uk host but could not find one. I spoke to many of them and they were not offering the service that i required. I was thinking about 1and1 but they did not offer many services so until i can find a decent uk host i am stuck with the old host, but i am still looking as my target audience is in the UK

Should i include this group of text to improve ranking
Diane- Simple solution. Dont confuse what your customers see with what google will index......Build solid content in the footer that is about us, lifestyle magazine "sections", etc....... Then make sure the sitemap includes the information in the footer in a logical way...so start off with your major headings and then branch out into the sub headings...... Then make sure your titles and meta tag descriptions re-emphasis that it is a lifestyle magazine..... here is an example from the new york times(see link below-scroll to the bottom of the page)....you will see the major headings at the top of the page are only 2-3 ......then they have all of their other informative and content rich headings listed at the bottom (12-15+) http://www.nytimes.com/?adxnnl=1&adxnnlx=1336497757-5zKeD4ddSZ0i9EQC0JDDZg Hope this helps.

Need advice on google adsense positioning
Diane, I suggest you work on the content and make it more readable. The first paragraph is likely to turn off some readers and make them leave the site without clicking on any more articles or any ads. Take a step back and read the following out loud and see if it's something you think will encourage a reader to stick around. Payday Loans company Wonga who have been at the centre of a lot of controversy since they launched their pay day loans company are now expanding their business to target the small business owner where they are going to target small businesses who are struggling and offer them instant cash. Also, that article just doesn't seem to fit in. When I look at the header of your site, I see LIFESTYLE in all caps and a picture of a woman. Subheads are about health for men and women, gastric band hypnotherapy, gossip, holiday reviews, etc. One of the articles on your sidebar appears in numerous places on the web (duplicate content). You need content that people will want to read long enough for them to even notice the ads. If the content turns people off, they're going to close that browser tab, and all the positioning in the world won't make a difference.
