Unfortunately, I don't have a great answer for you about how much longer it will be before we have the ability to add other users to your account.

Moz has been working really hard to improve the current toolset, both backend data collectors as well as many UI improvements. This has meant that we were not able to focus on adding multi-seat. However, now that many of these updates have been released, we are prioritizing new feature improvements such adding another user to your account. We are still in the preliminary stages of planning, and we do not have an ETA. We're sorry that we haven't gotten this out sooner, and we promise to keep everyone informed.

Hey Dan,

Thanks for writing in with a great question. Right now, we do not have a way to give an additional user a separate login to the account, though we are working on that for the future, but we don't have an eta for when this feature will be released. Currently, the only option to give another user access to the account is to share your login credentials with them, I'm afraid. In the meantime, if you would just like to share data with the employee, you can set up a custom reprot to be emailed directly to them from your campaign.

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. I'm afraid the web app is set to only show data from the most recent updated and the timeframes cannot currently be changed. We may be adding custom timeframes in the future, but they are not something we are directly working on right now.

You can always export a report directly for each week when the campaign updates and you can set up a custom report to run each week (or daily), as well. These reports are saved historically, which will allow you to go back to a past report at anytime, even if the campaign has updated since the report was run.

Hey Ignacio,

It looks like you were able to get a campaign created with out the www, but I did some investigating to make sure there wasn't an issue with www.veinguys.com. I also received the invalid URL error the first time I attempted to create a campaign for the site, but the second time just a minute later, I was able to create a campaign for www.veinguys.com with no error. It seems the site may be having intermittent issues with response time. I would recommend contacting the webmaster and looking into the server logs to see what may be causing a long response time for the site.

Thanks for writing in. The custom reports are only available in the current PDF format, and the intention is to show exactly what we are reporting in the application but with the ability to customize which sections are included in each report. It is meant to remove the work of pasting together a bunch of separate screenshots from the data we provide in the main campaign. If you would like to see a different format in the future, I would highly recommend submitting that format to our Feature Request forum here: http://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests which will help our product team in deciding if this would be a good new feature for the tool.

As for the error you are seeing in the report, I will need more information in order to look into what may be causing that issue. If you can please let me know which campaign you are seeing the issue on so I can investigate further? Hey Janet,

You should see the keyword rankings under the Search>Keyword Rankings tab. Because all of the competitors were added after the initial data collection for this campaign, we will not have rankings data for them until the next weekly update, but you should see data for your competitors under Link>Competitive Metrics, since that updates withour link index, which updated yesterday.

Hey Gordon,

Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, it looks like the index from January 17th and the one that was just updated yesterday, the 30th, are both still being affected by the 2 point drop in DA. Our engineers are still working on a fix for this, but you wouldn't see the changed until at least three weeks after the fix is deployed to the index because it will take three weeks to collect and process new data with the fix in place for a new index.

I'm afraid we don't have an eta right now for when this will be fixed.

Hey Richard,

Thanks for writing in. I just took a look at all of your campaigns and I do see that one campaign has never been connected to GA, but the other four are connected correctly and showing traffic data with no issue. I also don't see any authorization warning on the account. Can you please take another look and, if you are still seeing the issue, email help@moz.com with the name of the campaign having the issue and a screenshot of the error you are seeing so we can investigate further?

Hey Ken,

Thanks for following up. You can add a crawl delay for rogerbot in your robots.txt file to limit how quickly we make requests to the site. I would just recommend that you don't add a crawl delay higher than 10 because that can cause us to be unable to crawl the site in a reasonable amount of time to complete a full crawl.

As for monthly reporting, this is our top priority for Moz Analytics and we are working to get them released for the tool as soon as possible. Right now, our hope is to have them completed and released by the end of February.

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the trouble! It seems that some DNS hosts are blocking our servers from reaching some sites, which causes this error to be thrown for those sites. Our engineers are working to get our servers white-listed with these DNS hosts so I am going to send your site information to them so they can investigate if this is the same issue happening with your site. Hey Everyone,

Starting yesterday afternoon, we had a an outage that caused the reports permissions to fail. The issue is now corrected and you should be able to run new reports with no issue, but we are still working to regenerate the reports that were requested during the outage with the proper permissions.

In the meantime, you can re-create reports that you are unable to download if you are unable to wait for a final resolution for the original reports.

Thanks for writing in and sorry for the confusion. I'm afraid the server for www.bulkcandystore.com/kosher-candy is returning a 403 forbidden error for our crawler, so we are not allowed to access that page with our tools. The server would respond differently to the browser vs. our tools so I would recommend contacting the webmaster for the site and white-labelling the user-agent rogerbot so that we can access the site in the future.

Hey Anne,

Thanks for writing in. We haven't had any other users reporting that their callto: or tel: links are showing up as relative links in their crawl diagnostics so I dug into the formatting a little bit. From the research I've done (http://demosthenes.info/blog/536/Adding-Phone-Numbers-To-Web-Pages-With-HTML5-and-Microdata), it seems that the links may be formatted incorrectly as they are missing the + symbol mentioned in the post before the number in the link. I also tried clicking the callto: link on the site from a mobile browser and the link was not handled correctly there either. Basically, nothing happened unless I held the link down and then my browser tried to open the page as a relative link, as well.

Since I am not a web dev, I can't really advise on the proper formatting for these links, so I think this would be a better question for the community as a whole. I am going to change the category of the question to Technical SEO Issues and Web Design, which will allow the community to advise the proper formatting for these types of links.

Thanks for writing in with a great question. The solution that Carin referred to in the forum of the first link you provided unfortunately didn't work as we had hoped, so we've suffered a bit of a set back on this feature update. We are currently working on a new plan of action, but we don't know how long this may take to resolve. Our current hope is February or March, but it really depends on a number of factors and we can't say for certain when you will start seeing HTTPS in OSE.

I would recommend subscribing to the feature forum and posting questions regarding the status there. That way, you'll get the status you're looking for and it will be in a place for other users to see easily, as well.

Thanks for writing in with a great question. Unfortunately, we are not able to migrate data between accounts because there is a very high risk of data corruption not only to your campaign data, but also to other campaigns that are stored in the same server.

I would recommend exporting the reports from your current account for historical reference if you need to create a new account.
