Author schema really shines and helps with clickthrough on the SERPS in Google results for posts and articles and sometimes pages.  (see attached) It is not so much useful beneficial, (even though it can be done, and you may still find value) for your author page. Also generally G+ profile is linked to your Author schema, You cannot add schema to your moz profile page. Or in that case use your moz profile to link to your site like you can with G+. Even though this could be really cool idea but not sure if Google will allow that Hope this helps zLGCd3e.jpg

Hi Tom, Thanks for the tip. The contact center is looking for social media software that will help them be more efficient with their responses to typical and repetitive communications. In other words, the software would suggest how to answer a question that came in from Facebook based on previous responses to similar questions. It would almost be based on semantics. They are looking at becoming more efficient. Do you know if Radian accomplishes this? The Contact Center currently uses Hootesuite. Thanks Carla

Thanks Lynn, I see what my issue is. I need to rename some with more generic keywords...

"Responsive" sites use CSS to accommodate the content on the user's device. Usually the HTML doesn't change. The best way to know if that is the type of responsive template you have, is trying resizing the browser window to different sizes. Content should accommodate without reloading, if it does there's nothing you need to worry about.

You will need an AdWords account but you should be able to sign up and never run a campaign but still have access to the Keyword Planner. I hope that is true... but I tried using it yesterday and it was horrible.  Worthless.

Hi Carla, yes it's possible to merge Pages that represent the same thing and have similar names, so in this case it looks like it should be no problem at all... Make sure you're using Facebook as yourself and not as your Page. Go to the Page you want to keep. From the top of your Page, click Edit Page [image: 292683644115653_1394494539.gif] Select Edit Settings Select Merge Pages and click Merge duplicate Pages Fill out the form and click Send https://www.facebook.com/help/249601088403018/

They might harm your website for Google duplicate content policy!

I know I'm resurrecting something pretty old but I've got a question along the same lines. I know footer style credit links are supposed to be effectively pointless for link juice or whatever, but I'd have to imagine that credit links such as; Web Design by Orange Digital Serve as decent citations. Now I just took over the SEO for this company who used to have a different name and have a lot of credit links that say; Web Design by Former Company Name My question is, is it worth going out of my way to alter the credit link to put an updated name in it for citation reasons? Keep in mind this niche does not have map listings activated in my area. Cheers.

Yes, intentional move by Google. People were selling links with tier based pricing based on PR.

Carla, We have been using Sucuri for about 2 years now. I haven't tried it on a Magento site but imagine it would work just as well. I have had to submit probably 6 support tickets for malware removal in that time for various client sites and each time they have cleared it up within the hour. It is pretty great for peace of mind. The first time it happened we spent 3 days trying to figure out what was up and so Sucuri was just a no brainer at that point. All the best to you.
