You are coorect

First I mast sure you understand, that no-follow still leaks link juice, it just does not pass it to the linked page.
there was a time where you could stop leaking link juice by using no-follow, but not any more.
So using no-follow’s is generally not a good idea. If you do you are wasting link juice. Even if you don’t want a page to rank, you are better off letting the juice flow and have a link on the linked to page pointing back to your home page or any other page you want to rank.
As for no-follow and the fact that Google still follows. They don’t follow though that link, but they may get to the page from another link, or they may already have the url in their index.
You can put a no-follow meta tag in a page or a no-index. A no-follow meta tag, will allow Search Engines to crawl the page, but will not give link juice to any pages you have linked from that page, but as I stated, you will not keep the link juice, it will just evaporate. A no index will stop SE’s from indexing that page
As you can see here Bing does the same http://www.bing.com/search?q=site%3Akeesen.co.in+nfl&src=IE-TopResult&FORM=IETR02&conversationid=
so it looks like you have a problem on your site, or rather had a problem.
I did a crawl of your site and I could not find any reference to the NFL site. but I think some time in the past there was a problem when your sites got crawled by both Google and Bing. See if it goes away over the next few weeks.
go to WMT and remove subdomain.domain.com
this will remove the whole sub domain. You will see some text saying remove site when you enter the root, (root of the subdomain that is)
I have been there Ryan, you may get cheap, but i doubt you will ever get quality. You also will be battling to get cheap. I have tried to outsource work, I tried a few diffent inderviduals and companies and eventualy gave my plan away. Either the work was shocking or they tried to make enouth to retire on the one job. Eveny instauction i gave them they uped the price. If I asked for somthing be done properly they uped the price. Would not had over the work until i paid a ransom. i never got any work done i could use, I ended up doing myself or paying a friend to clean up.
If you still decide to go that way, do not pay by the hour. do not pay in advacne
but if you want people who really know their stuff look in eastern europe, bulgaria, romania very good programmers and very low wages.
Yes and no, no its not needed, but there is some extra data that they get from GA, such as traffic data, such as number of visits, keywords sending visits.
There is no set ration but clean code is important, large amount sof script, css, json and viewstate can affect your SEO, usly messy code has errors, many of todays CMS packages create messy code with errors. Seach engines have to try to work out what is visisble to the users, this is no easy feat when you have mess code with errors.
Herre a few errors that Bing picks up, no dount Googes does also

robots will not stop people linking to the file, and SE's can get to them that way.
I would simply use a canonical tag here, this is what they are for.
Removing pages may lower overall page rank of a site. you should remove pages as a last resort.
Yes its seen as too different urls
http://perthseocompany.com.au/seo/reports/violation/the-page-contains-multiple-canonical-formats
If you are uisng a windows server (IIS), you can fix this easy by using the IIS url-rewrite addon. it had a rewite as lowercase preset
I would be worried that the js links are using linkjuice but not delivering it to the page, it may be evaperating
As for link sculpting, linksculpting with no-follow is dead, but you shoudl be worried where your link jucie flows. using the flat linking structure as rank has bloged about is the best mathmaticly, but you need to also consider users.
You should not use more than one H1
http://perthseocompany.com.au/seo/reports/violation/the-page-contains-multiple-h1-tags
Having said that, with HTML5 and the use of the
tag, It has been suggested you can use more then one if they are in different articles, but Bing or Google have not stated an opinion on this yet
Not off hand, but what do you mean by successfully?
You mean it works well, or successfully in terms of SEO, i can do the first for you, but the latter is real challenging, I often go to sleep thinking of this problem.
In a intranet or authenticated admin site this works well, looks good, and gives a good user exsprience, but on a public facing website, plain of html works best for SEO.
I'm 50c each way to tell teh truth, the more i think about it
Yes thats duplicate content ok.
to you it is an advantageb to have duplicate content for each geo local, but for the uesre and search results it is not. image you havin the top ten results with these pages, what woulld people think of googles results. Of cause google does not want this.
If you use canonical then google will rank that page but not the others. in short its not going to work.
You are better of promoting the one page instead of splitting your efforts.
No, you would have to calculate the whole internet.
He would be talking of PageRank only one component of Link Juice. And still the answer is No
We know the roughtly how it flows, but not exacualy, and the caculation involve every link in your site and evey link in every site thart links to you and every link that links to them and so on.
OSE tyries to do this, while it is a good effort, probably the best effort so far, but is still only a indication.
I consider everything on the page a SEO Factor. I agree with your comments
I hate the word Web Designer, I refer to me self as a computer programmer or maybe Web Developer, Web design while important comes last when building a site for SEO.
I believe that how you build a website is very important to SEO, getting a Wordpress site with all its problems and then going out and getting links is not a good way to rank. Its hard to change a badly built site, get it right from the start.
I have used this analogy a few times, but I will use it again.
If a fisherman has holes in his net, he has to do a lot more fishing than a man that does not.
If you have violations in your website then you have to do a lot more link-building than a man who does not.
Firstly I use ASP.MVC to create my sites, with its routing engine to create User friendly URLs and its very clean code gives to a head start from the beginning.
Duane Forrester from Bing did a blog article on the order of things to do when building a site. The first 2 things were
Crawlability
Site structure
2 things very few sites consider.
http://www.bing.com/community/site_blogs/b/webmaster/archive/2011/08/19/18-things-you-need-to-know-about-seo.aspx
Crawlability is the big one, you need to get your site free from all Violations. I us the Bing SEO Toolkit to test my site, I have never found another site to get a perfect score, most sites have thousands to hundreds of thousands of violations, Alessandro Catorcini , Lead Program Manager, Bing API said the same thing on Whitboard Friday.
http://www.seomoz.org/blog/whiteboard-friday-interview-the-bing-team
Site structure, you need to know where you are pushing the link juice, each link changes the rank of all your pages, you need to think carefully when designing your site structure.
I like to keep my sites simple as possible for the main ranking pages, semantic markup, and using microdata to mark up entities into rich snippets, no bells and whistles, and no Flash
You must describe your content to the search engine.
Make the SE love crawling your site, clean descriptive code free from all violations.
Then you have content hierarchy followed by , keyword, on page factors and the other things i think we are all clear on.
sorry i may of mis-understood.
Are they duplicate content? if so i would do as i suggested,
If they are indervidual press releases, then why are they being reported as duplicate. You need to add enouth content to make sure thet they are seen as indervidual.
I can not load page its seems to be offline or some problem, so i dont understand how you are using pagnation,
I would go for A.
As you will want to promote it (backlinks), it is beter to have all your links point to one page rather then 10, splitting your efforts. You could use the locals in the link text to help them rank for geo locals. you could also list all geo locations on page
If you were getting #1 for all the pages io would suggest that they are very low number of searches for that term. Doing as I say above will proabbaly still give you #1 for the same terms.
Yes, general a blog would link back to the home page and not every page, os yes i would say they lost you some rank.
