Many new comers to SEO have a simular attitude as you, I mean buildmyrank.com and fiver.com is about as low quality as you can go. Have you not heard of the panda updates, have you not read Matt Cutts on article posting?

As for 126 #1’s, I don’t think you understand the aim of SEO, its not to get as many #1s as you can, it’s to get traffic that you can convert to money.
Tell me when you have #1 for “Real Estate California”, and making money.

you need to use a canonical tag, to show that they are all the same page.

I saw a story on TV here in Australia about facebook losing appeal, and many users just had too much facebook, and starting to drop in usage, but would of still thought it would be in the top 10 let alone the top 500.
I have been thinking for a while that people will soon get bored with facebook, i think it will always be good for finding old friends, but the people that spend hours everyday chatting, will one day think there are better things in life.
In short i think it is a fad, that’s my thoughts on the whole social idea, i not saying it will go away, but it will not be tthe same phenomenon it is today

Thats correct its only a notice, you should be informed as to where you have canonicals, as one in the wrong place can cause problems

I crawled you with the Bing API, it shows that you site is crawlable, if SEOMOZ is not crawling you, they may have a problem.

I would say that because they main difference is a image v some flash. the text content is very much the same

You are correct a canonical will take care of it, and using a canonical does not tell the search engine they are identical. It works just like a 301 except for the fact that it does not physically move the users to the canonical page.

But does the search engine take the content from all urls and give the canonical value for al the content, I an not sure it dose, I have never tested it, so I would rather do something with JavaScript or maybe use previous and next tags.

you may still have links pointing to those 404 pages on your site or externally. If not then eventually they will fall out of the index

A 301 is a directive to the crawler, while a canonical tag is only a hint and is not always followed. Bing for one will ignore canonical tags if it believes they are misused.

as for the mention of "multiple 301 redirect" .

You do not need to have a 301 redirect for every url, just follow the logic
if HTTP_Host is not myPreferredDomain then redirect to myPreferredDomain
