Use of '&' in meta title
Hi Linda, Thanks for your answer Just wish to confirm if the first option "buy fruit cake & bread" will capture the keywords "fruit cake" and "fruit bread" as I wish to save the space for more other information in title tag. I guess it is a balance we have to make, to be more clear or to be more concise. Thanks for all the other answers.

Crawl errors are still shown after fixed
WMT is slow as heck to have those things go away. it may take 3 months to roll off. FYI, if there is a 404 error and it is supposed to be a 404, do not mark as fixed. Otherwise Google will think you "fixed" the 404 back to a 200, recrawl and then put the 404 back in the GWT errors. Just let the 404s roll off over time.

Can you do strict CPC advertising on Facebook?
As Kyle says below, CPC isn't Facebook's preferred method, but it is doable. I think you're confusing the language you reference as meaning payment to be viewed instead of minimum CPC for your ad over a competitors. In other words it sounds like they're saying, "If you set your bid at $10 per click while your next closest competitor is at $1.31 per click, we'll only charge you $1.32 per click, not $10." Make sense? Kyle outlines well how to set up a CPC campaign. You might want to split test between CPC and CPM though depending on your content, sales, and marketing needs. Cheers!

Woo Commerce Woo Compare Urls Indexing?
Hi Kelly. Temporary redirects for things like adding items to a cart, changing languages, and the like are acceptable and shouldn't be viewed as an error per se. You could possibly put your cart in its own directory and then have that directory be ignored by Moz to clean them up, but in your use case it's not an issue. Cheers!

Hello Tanveer. That's a fine format for breadcrumb linking and can help users navigate your site easier. Here's an article that discusses what you're asking: https://moz.com/ugc/guide-to-ecommerce-facets-filters-and-categories specifically mentioning: When building or rebuilding your categories you need to think in a hierarchical way as if you are building a pyramid; starting from your homepage, and mapping out to your various products. Often, I use breadcrumb navigation links to see how my structuring will be represented (a large white board is also a useful tool). This allows me to ensure that the structure makes sense going from a broad or main category to more specific ones. Narrowing down while adding value can be hard, but doing so will provide a better user browsing experience. If you're seeing a lot of duplicate categories you might not need as many total categories. So for my hedgehog page, I do want to link down to my hedgehogs in military uniforms page, and I also want to link up to my adorable animals page. You don't have to do it with exactly these keyword anchor text phrases, that kind of stuff. Just make sure that you are linking. If you want, you can use breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs are very kind of old-fashioned, been around since the late '90s, sort of style system for showing off links, and that can work really well for some websites. Hi Lora, Yes, it's definitely possible! I work for Rover.com - if people search for "rover" Google's not sure if they mean us, Land Rover, Mars Rover, the movie The Rover, etc etc. I'll admit that we don't often compete with trending news, but we're competing with companies and concepts that are much older and better known than us. Here's what I've found: **Google likes variety. **So, even if you can't rank #1 for the name of your company, chances are, you're going to rank #2 after the celebrity/news, even if the celebrity/news has enough content to take up the entire page. If people are searching for your brand, they're going to see your results, even if you're #2. (In case this isn't a given, you want to make sure that you make your company _stand out _from the celebrity/news, not try to pick up on interest from it. Then you'll be competing with all the news media outlets.) **Google understands that two separate things can be named the same thing. **We never rank for "Land Rover" or "Mars Rover" and neither of those two very, very popular subjects rank for "Rover dogs." Google's pretty good at filtering out results that aren't a good match for all of the terms in a search. **Most searchers are willing to refine their searches. **If all else fails, searchers are probably okay with searching for your brand + your service if they don't see your site when they only search for your brand. An advantage here is, if people are looking for your brand, they won't be distracted by completely unrelated information, like celebrity news. Duplicate content, the distrubutors are copying the content of the manufacturer
I recommend the manufacturer creates two separate descriptions - one for themselves, and one for their distributors. Requires more work, but I think is a nice solution to this problem.

HTTP Status no data to report
Yes, you are right, Ryan. It is a great practice to cross check reported. Before posting here, I did so and the errors are only indicated by the Moz tool. My assumption is that the Moz tool is more accurate and tests deeper. That is why I hoped to understand and fix whatever issue would cause Moz to report "no data". Seems like it remains a mystery.

Hi There Any luck with this? What CMS are you using? Most CMS's allow editing of this sort of thing. If not, as others have suggested you could see if the descriptions show up in something like Screaming Frog or even just a simple header checker like http://urivalet.com/

I would not name this folder /blog/ Instead, I would name it /news/ /tips/ /goodies/ /stories/ anything but /blog/ Why? If you name it /blog/ it will attract hackers, spammers, and weasels like bugs to a Georgia porchlight.

Google Search Bar
Hi John. Correct, your site is indexed with Google, and Google will distribute your site across its search portals, for example you can run the site search on Google Italy, Google Russia, and so on, but when you set the search to pull specific results from just the UK your site doesn't appear. It's still in Google, but what you're asking Google to do is show you only UK-based sites. You can do something similar with Italy here: https://www.google.it/#q=soccerbox.com changing 'Paese' to Italia. Then the site:soccerbox.com search returns no results. Another way to see this behavior is to go to Google Advanced Search where you can select 'region'. Here: http://www.google.com/advanced_search For the descriptor of that, Google states, "Find pages published in a particular region." Since you're publishing globally instead of locally you won't appear when you search your domain plus a given region, like Australia, the UK, and so on. It looks like Global results are your preference so everything looks to be working as intended. Cheers!
