Moz Local - Multiple locations - How to Add another Location

Hello, Im so new to Moz Local and currently I have 2 of my clients using the service.  I'm trying to add a second location for one of my client.  Can anyone give me insight...step by step on How to do this?

Please take a look at the screenshot.  Also I believe it shows the second location as a duplicate?

Best Practice on how to approach this?

This is Michael on the Moz Help Team and I want to thank you for reaching out with this question. In general, you'll want to use the check listing tool to get another listing published. You access this interface from our Check Listing tool here:https://moz.com/local/search

Once you find your business, on the next page click "Improve with Moz Local."

This will take you to a page with an interface for submitting the information that is collected in the CSV. The required fields are at the top, and everything else is below. When that is complete you'll be able to purchase the listing.
