I noticed the older links are pointing to http://www.goread.io and I was wondering if your search console property is registered as a domain property or a url prefix property? Either way switching both subdomain and content might well have signalled to Google that this is a brand new site.

No you don't need to change anything. In-fact, you actively DON'T want the HTTP sitemap to be feeding Google a list of HTTP URLs, which I am sure you are trying to steer Google away from. Only feed Google the HTTPS URLs, delete the HTTP sitemap from search console if you can so that it doesn't keep flagging false positives, and feeding Google bad (insecure) URLs

I'm also facing the same problem with my website pages. My Blackpods pro website pages don't show the exact permalink urls.

From the looks of it that just means that 60% of your external backlinks are 'followed', meaning they contribute to Google's rankings. External links are the links which your site has gained from other domains (which link to you) thus they are probably not under your control anyway

Hi Eli, thanks for the response. Can I create a whole custom report based on a "Label' instead of only being able to add certain modules onto the report? I have a bunch of keywords labelled as a sub-business of the main business and just want to report on that sub-business. Thanks, David

You are correct, it is a waste of time to republish duplicate content across the web. Write great unique content for your own blog and promote it wherever you can and then write unique content to submit to other websites for link building.
