Disavow - websites that don't pull up at all
I mean domain name. I really doubt there is a way to have not spammy domain, but spammy page. So, for example, you have a backlink from this page: site.com/page.php Use MOZ OSE for the whole domain and see what spam score it has. If it's not bad (i say lower than 4) - don't disavow link.

Maintaining link value during site downtime
Your last idea about temporarily redirecting them would be the best way to handle this situation. 302 redirects will send the right signals to search engines, and they'll know to come back later and check on them again.

Duplicate content due to parked domains
Oh, wow - if you're talking a couple of years ago and major ranking drops, then definitely get aggressive. Remove as many as possible and Robots No-index them. If you've got the Robots.txt directives in place, Google shouldn't put them back (although, from past experience, I realize "shouldn't" isn't a guarantee). If you're down 90%, you've got very little to lose and clearly Google didn't like something about that set-up. Unfortunately, that's about the most drastic, reasonable option. The next step would be to start over with a fresh domain and kill all of the old domains. That could be a lot more hazardous, though.

Sudden big drop for keyword ranking this month -Numerous possible factors... which is most likely?
Yes - I guess I did know that deep down It's just strange that it dropped like that as I didn't remove any content.. and even stranger that it suddenly moved back up... Maybe my site is just a bit too thin and that's why it's fluctuating so much at the moment??? Anyway - thanks for your help... I should probably get back to content creation now

The Keyword density in a landing page is very low . by adding meta keyword tag can improve keyword density?
The meta keyword tag isn't used by modern browsers (more info). It's only used by competitors to see what keywords you are targeting As Kay mentioned just keep it natural, if you feel its light then maybe you need more relevant content.

Creating a Wiki page
Hi, you sure can drop me a line, but here is how you do it - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Article_wizard/Ready_for_submission You can see two buttons: create draft and submit directly. The second one is the one I was talking about. But, again, it can bite you back if your article will violate anything

Merging Facebook Pages - Getting Support from Facebook
Hi John, I had the same experience and it will not get better I'm afraid. Best FB will say is that you post a post on the page that will stop with a link to the remaining page. Good luck! Tymen

Paid Link Backs?
This doesn't sound like buying links to me but rather giving a donation and receiving a link as a by product as a charitable deed. Would be surprised if this didn't do you more good than harm as stated above.

Null Alt Image Tags vs Missing Alt Image Tags
Thanks, guys. I've adjusted alt images tags on pages that really matter to me for organic. The tens of thousands of other images/pages are just going to have to chillax.

Yellow Pages advertising and ad sources
Hello! While I haven't had any direct experience with a YP ad I would have to agree with your concerns when faced with such a high impression promise and vague supply source information. I would suggest trying to work with the YP representative to learn more about what sort of analytic data you would receive on the YP side. From what you've mentioned it sounds like you are more interested in only receiving local traffic. If this is the case and you're curious about seeing what YP can offer you might want to try out their local search ads which is much less expensive at around $60/month. Sorry I couldn't offer more information, I hope this is helpful!

Google Panda question Category Pages on e-commerce site
Panda is about so much more than the quality of one page. It is about the overall quality of your site. Regarding category pages, these are ok to have indexed. But, some sites have thousands and thousands of category pages in the index that will never get clicked on on a Google search. This can IMO be an indication of low quality for a site. I only want to have Google index pages that they are very likely to show to searchers. I don't think that anyone can really answer your question with certainty because again, Panda is about overall site quality, not one page.
