As per our experience, results in google can be seen fairly quickly couple weeks however bing and yahoo probably takes 3-4 times longer.

I'm really impressed with the Tribe Calendar- I've been using it almost a year for a community run arts initiative Mass Culture and its working out really well. Not only does it look great but in terms of SEO it has he most complete functionality I've yet found. Also the new Geolocation information really assists in local search too.

Try http://proxify.com/ or www.hidemyass.com -- you should try and find out why you're blocked and resolve the overall issue, but use one of these two in the meantime.

You can modify the title how often you whant but be carefull that it is relevant to the content of the page and the most important keywords in title are in your content. You can read the begginer guide from seomoz on page optimisation, or google webmaster help

Hey Robert, I was wondering what your experiences where with the changing meta descriptions? My team was looking to do something similar with one of our sites and we are worried about changing meta descriptions and whether that would affect us negatively. Thanks

I would  very well say that SE's look at the IP address when measuring link-diversity. So the IP address does matter. No matter what is spoken (cutts). Just think how you would do it. Do you think they tell you the truth on every single detail? Don't be so naive..

Thanks Lewis, Hurts a bit as it is for alot of my targeted keywords. Is there anything i can do to get the rising again? I need to sort out 301 redirects on my duplicate index pages which i think will help. Any other suggestions and quick fixes?? Cheers

I have to admit that's exactly what I would do so I can't really suggest anything more exciting. Maybe someone needs to make an app that uses the SEOmoz api for intranet pages? No problem about the answer, very happy to chip in. Hopefully someone else with a better idea will drop by shortly.
