Changing title tags - any potential issues?
We agree with David above, if you are improving the title tags and keep them all unique and original from the other pages on your website doing a "Title Tag Cleanup" or going through and optimizing them should be a benefit. Some tips on Title Tags: Have The Keyword You Want To Rank For Be As Close To The Beginning As Possible Try to Make it short enough to were Google doesn't cut it off with "..." We use (https://www.portent.com/serp-preview-tool) Don't Duplicate Title Tags Across Pages, Try To Make Each One Unique Instead of Repeating A Keyword In a Title Try Using An "LSI Keyword" (For Example if you are attempting to rank for "marketing", use "marketing" once and then if desired, use a keyword like "advertising" or "media" etc.) Hope this helps Luke and best of success!

Does the blog widget with latest blog-posts at homepage helps in SEO?
It can certainly help. If your blog titles contain keywords that you want the site to rank for, then by having this widget you will be giving another source of information that contains your keywords on your Homepage. It can also reduce your bounce rate which in turn is great for SEO. If someone sees the blog title and thinks "that sounds interesting" and clicks it - they are interacting with your site, and this is a big thumbs up! My advice would be to make sure your blog titles contain strong industry keywords and this could certainly help your SEO.

Ranking for combined version of keyword but not separated version
I'd chalk it up to being a quirk. "Golf holidays" is the keyword that actually has volume, therefore anything happening on "golfholidays" is mostly a curiosity unless you can track conversions from it. I would ignore it and keep plowing forward with your efforts to rank for the one you care about. More likely than not you just need to keep building the authority of your site and make sure your page is well optimized for the phrase "golf holidays" and you'll get there. Most of the sites I see ranking on page 1 for that query have a decent number of links to them. 5 results are homepages which tend to have more links than internal landing pages, and the landing pages that are ranking are reasonably well targeted. As an example of what it takes to show up with a well optimized internal page with no links - British Airways (https://www.britishairways.com/en-us/destinations/holiday-types/golf-holidays) is only ranking 10th for the query with a highly authoritative site.

Google business listing For more then one location
Hi Rohit, First step for you will be to read (and memorize!) the Guidelines for Representing your business on Google: https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038177?hl=en If you are hoping to serve local business clients, so many of your actions will be governed by those guidelines, so read them until you know them by heart. For your particular question: If you client has 4 physical offices, and each of those serves customers face-to-face, has its own address and own phone number, you can build a Google My Business listing for each office. If, however, your client has just 1 physical office, but it traveling to 4 different locations to offer services, then the business only qualifies for 1 Google My Business listing - not 4 of them. Hope this helps!

Moving established :COM site to a .ART domain
I agree with david, this may have been a more effective approach when exact match keywords in domains were weighted heavily, but that is not the case anymore. You would risk, and probably lose more value than you would gain from this transition

Is it necessary to use Google's Structured Data Markup or alternative for my B2B site?
I concur with Matthew and Travis. At a minimum, every single business site can benefit from: 1. indicating to both bots and users at least what is your industry niche via schema. 2. adding the schema for reviews to gain gold stars in SERPs.

Help! Is this what is called "cloaking"?
Check with your hosting company as well. Asking Google to deindex the pages will be a temporary fix if the files still physically reside on your website. A reputable hosting company will secure their servers so content like this is less likely to be added.

Question re: spammy internal links on site
Firts your need to delete/remove those links To delete those links from search engines Go to your Search Console > Google Index > Remove URLs The main reason for that, is probably your site has been hacked and it is used as zombie website. Im pretty sure that problem is the theme or some nulled plugin this kind of problem is very usual when some get a theme of a untrusted website. So make a backup of your site, then delete everything, add a fresh version of your theme and plugins. Once your site is clean follow these tips To secure your website https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/ Another security tips https://yoast.com/wordpress-security/

Overdynamic Pages - How to Solve it?
Hi, In Example 1, each page should use self referencing canonical tags in addition to pagination tags.So for example: URL: http://urbania.pe/buscar/venta-de-propiedades **URL: http://urbania.pe/buscar/venta-de-propiedades?&page=2 ** <link rel="canonical" href="http: urbania.pe="" buscar="" venta-de-propiedades?&page="2""></link rel="canonical" href="http:> And so on..... In Example 2, for pages with pagination + filtering, canonical tags should point to the the relevant page of results without filtering. So for example: URL: http://urbania.pe/buscar/venta-de-propiedades?bathroomsNumber=2&services=gas&commonAreas=solarium <link rel="canonical" href="http: urbania.pe="" buscar="" venta-de-propiedades"=""></link rel="canonical" href="http:> URL: http://urbania.pe/buscar/venta-de-propiedades?bathroomsNumber=2&services=gas&commonAreas=solarium&page=2 <link rel="canonical" href="http: urbania.pe="" buscar="" venta-de-propiedades?&page="2""></link rel="canonical" href="http:> Hope this isnt too confusing Thanks, Matt

Keyword keeps fluctuating between a high rank and no rank?
That's a good point. I've tried incognito etc. I even use a few SERP tracking tools and they reflect the same thing. SERPWoo for instance will send me an alert saying they keyword "started ranking" instead of the normal alert that says it went up or down. I guess it's comforting to hear someone else is seeing something similar though b/c I haven't seen anyone report this and I've done a lot of searching for it.

Negative keywords on AdWords account, but mispelling in customer query still triggers ad. Possible to avoid?
Thanks. At least it's good to know that there no full proof way of avoiding this. I think you're right about starting with exact match and expanding outward in this case. It's a pity because we have some other campaigns that do well from broad match, capturing a plethora of variations on similar KW queries. They vary rarely triggering wasted clicks. Many thanks to you both. I appreciate the response.
