Transfering Site from Http to HTTPS
Where the issue becomes more complex, is if you add CloudFlare to your site for DDoS protection, to serve up from closer towers, etc. Many sites who want to load faster or avoid attack are doing so. We have thus incurred a redirect issue to work through and it takes some technical expertise. Because CloudFlare is a third party for SSL certificates in many hosting packages, this seems to catch many off-guard and wondering what went wrong. If helpful, we have had greater success buying our own CloudFlare service versus letting a hosting provider be an affiliate service for our SSL.

Delay to rank for authority website versus new website
The answer to this question depends upon -- the strength of your site -- the competitiveness of the niche -- who is competing in the niche -- how much work you plan to do to promote the page -- your skill level -- and many other factors One of the biggest problems in online marketing is faced by the client who asks an SEO to promote his website. SEOs often give them a monthly price to work on the site - such as $1000/month - and have no idea of how long it will take to get a return for the client. SEOs can give a severely low number and work happily for a long time without producing results. Why? Because the SEO is doing $1000 worth of work per month but the competitors are doing $5000, and the client sees his rankings fall after hiring the SEO. Furthermore, the SEO might be charging $1000 and don't know what he don't know and that $1000 has negative value for the client - for example, those hit by Penguin. It takes a lot of experience, knowledge and study to know how much force must be applied to move the needle. Sometimes you can know what to do and how to do it but you don't have the ability to pull it off. "One may know how to conquer without being able to do it." Sun Tzu "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle." Sun Tzu http://classics.mit.edu/Tzu/artwar.html

My indexed site URL removed from google search without get any message or Manual Actions???
Hi newwaves, Your site has a lot of low quality links with exact-match anchor text like "seo companies in qatar", "web development qatar", "web design qatar", "digital marketing companies in qatar". In fact, just about all of your links are spam. As an SEO provider, I'm sure you are aware that these types of links are exactly what Google's Penguin algorithm targets and they are not going to help you in the long run, even if you have seen some benefit in the short term. I don't know if you have disavowed these links, but I would say that the Google algorithm is doing it's job here and has identified the spam tactics used on this page and is choosing not to rank it anymore. You should do a full backlink audit asap and disavow all your low quality links. You should do this before you receive a manual penalty. Cheers, David

Duplicate Content from Wordpress Template
Hi! The Moz tool is not being more specific as to what element is a duplicate? (ie: description, title, H1, etc)? I ran it through Screaming Frog and it only found a few H1s that are a duplicate, which is not even a big issue really.

Strange insight "tracked keywords" from Moz
Hey there! By "checked it in my private mode", do you mean that you used an incognito browser to look at your rankings? It's important to note that Moz checks rankings in a process that completely strips personalization from the query, which means it's more representative of a national average for all searchers in the country. You would not necessarily be able to reproduce these rankings in your browser because things like location are factored into your search results (even when you are incognito). One option to replicate rankings results is to use the search profile feature in the MozBar, which does strip personalization. If you're seeing a drop in rankings, you might also checkout out the MozCast to see if there were any spikes in volatility around the time when we collected the data. If you are still concerned about your rankings, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com with your campaign details. We'll be happy to look into any questions you might have.

Suggestions
Thank you. Do you think that a normal fluctuation can last more than one month? And what do you meas with "I would add more "readable" content"? Can making the texts currently hidden visible help the ranking? Thank you.

What we can understand from decrease in % of New Sessions year to year in Google analytics.
Hi. Check how your organic traffic compares. If it's farely steady, no reason to worry. It may simply be that your referral traffic has reached its "peak" in terms of new visitors they can send.

Should you automatically resolve URLs with extra trailing slashes added by accident?
Well yeah sure...but why not fix it in the first place? Too many redirects are not a good idea

Ranking drop after sub domain to sub directory migration. Usual?
Hmmmm - that is interesting then I'd of done exactly what you've done. I take it you mean you're home page has dropped in rankings? Are the sub domains outranking it? How's your internal link structure/navigation back to the home page. As I say I don't think you've done anything wrong - A link building campaign to the home page might benefit you but even then I'd be tempted to ignore it and focus on the sub domains - ask yourself as a user - When was the last time you used a home page as a landing page as opposed to a page that served your specific request?

How does the footer links impact the the pages SEO quality?
No. Footer links will not impact your SEO. You're going to want to focus on your internal linking structure as a whole.
