Move to a new domain - Big SEO loss and a bad decision?
Hmm, okay. I need to ask myself the question if the .no domain ending is worth it. Because the site is for Norway, and we now have .org as you can see. How much value do Google lay on that?

Can Anyone Recommend A Good Company For Linkbait Campaign (via infographic)
Not affiliated with these guys in any way, and haven't worked with them either, but I did once have a conversation with Nick from Killer Infographics (http://www.submitinfographics.com/KillerPortfolio.pdf). I haven't had a need for an infographic yet but they seemed like an interesting option. Please don't take this as an endorsement as I haven't tried them. I know they do concept to completion but I don't think they promote them, but isn't the idea of an infographic that they're fairly easy to promote anyway? Viral content and all that

In search of the perfect SEO affiliate ID'd URL
Google Analytics will not track anything after the # in the URL. I suggest using Google's tracking tags and coming up with an internal naming system. Since your affiliates are paid, I wouldn't worry too much about them not copy tracking tags as long as you're very clear that they have to link with the very specific URL.

Regarding 301 Redirect!
Doing this could help you in the short-run, but the old domains will lose all their links eventually, so I wouldn't count on it as a long-term strategy.

AdInsight Clarity telephone tracking query
Hi Nick, Do the clients already have an existing phone number? Is it well-indexed by Google? If it is not well-indexed, the client should first establish a permanent phone number and that number should be well-indexed before going ahead with this service. In general, dynamic javascript insertion works fine, as long as the existing phone number remains on the page in HTML somewhere, preferably in close proximity to business name and address (the footer is a good place for this). Make sure they are NOT sending tracking numbers anywhere outside of this client's website. Period. No matter what they tell you about how their system is implemented.

Image SEO - Does having multiple sites using same image help?
I am not too sure about the impact of having the image referenced on multiple sites, however, I do know that the number of links to the page with the image on and the anchor text of those links can have a positive impact on iimage seo.

Will 301 redirecting a site multiple times still preserve the original site value?
I don't have experience redirecting entire sites to other sites, but when it comes to 301 redirects you want to avoid redirect chains (abc.com redirects to def.com redirects to ghi.com, etc.). This is a pattern too common among malicious sites, so search engines will tend to see it as a negative signal. Avoid this while still passing as much link juice as possible by editing the redirect on abc.com to send traffic directly to ghi.com.

Problem with canonical url and session ids
The rel canonical tag shouldn't remove the duplicate versions from the index. It would suggest to Google which version is the main version. If you want to remove the duplicate version from the index, maybe you could add a meta robots no index, follow tag. http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/duplicate-content

Correcting an unnatural link profile
You want to have less than 100 links on a page, that includes internal and external links. using a tool like seoquake or even an seomoz tool may exist to check this kind of on page info. generally you want to have a constant link building profile, do you think facebook and twitter getting incredible volumes of links would get penalized?! no of course not. natural just means regular and normal looking. if you can build 100 links in a day and then spend 10 days not building links you are much better off building 10 links a day for the 10 days. really you shouldn't be in charge of your incoming links, your quality and value bring in links by having people like your content and share it. hope this helps

Questions regarding Google's "improved url handling parameters"
It seems like canonicalizing the URLs is still a good idea. For one, there are other search engines that respect the tag, so you want them to do the right things. However, it does sound like for Google that this could replace the need for canonicalization tags due to URL parameters. If you have duplicate content that's not caused by URL parameters, you'd still need the canonical tag. Just to be safe, I'm still doing both. When I logged into my webmaster tools, all of the parameters Google had found were there already. I went through and edited them and added the new information.
