Is there an search marketing / keyword tool in existence that can solve my need?
Thanks Stephen. I have done quite a bit of searching and it's the site map portion (creating relationships between pages and KWs) that I can't seem to find in a tool that is meant to tame a KW universe. I've been thinking that a custom tool might be needed, but I don't have much knowledge in the software engineering space. Funny, because I work for a multi-national billion dollar software solutions enterprise...

Is it safe to do a lot of links to a new post on an old domain?
Hello Jimmy, I think there is no problem no matter how many links you build for a new page on an old domain. If you're doing quality link building (which takes time) it does not matter what the number of links is. You are probably thinking that google might misinterpret it to be spamming or using black hat methods... but I doubt it. Cheers!

Are sites that leave out www from domain at a disadvantage to domains with www in url
I think it's a matter of preference. Where SEO comes into play is www results getting indexed as different from non www results. As a safety measure, I might add this into your .htaccess if you are on linux: RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mywebsite.com RewriteRule (.*) http://www.mywebsite.com/$1 [R=301,L] This will force all non www traffic to www

Negative SEO
I thought that there was more of a delay in OSE than in webmaster tools on average, but I could be wrong. I'm sure it depends on when the next Linkscape update is for OSE.

SEO Plugins for WordPress
I currently use All in One SEO and haven't had problems. Now I'm seeing reviews for the Yoast plugin over All in One SEO. I downloaded the Yoast Wordpress SEO but it seems to have far less features and settings unless Yoasts plugin is doing everything on auto-pilot I think fixing what isn't broke for me isn't an option unless someone can compare the two side by side and demonstrate why I should switch and how I could benefit. In regard to updates, I get fairly frequent version updates from All In One SEO. Here is a link that may help you - User's Guide for All In One SEO Pack

Moving forum to subfolder
Forums are open ended so you can easily end up with pages that are low in quality content and with post-panda google this could have a negative effect on the whole domain. Forums are also targeted for link building schemes which, unless actively moderated, could end up with you linking to lots of illegal sites that could end up penalising you.

4 sites - 4 keyword sets?
Thanks cabbagetoe, Yes having one website would make sense but the client I work for already has 4 sites so I'm not sure what is the best solution for him at this point. 2 websites are almost ready, the other 2 just the domains...

SEOMOZ Ranking
Hi Robert Slightly unrelated to your question but... The search results for the phrase "Coventry wedding photography" are dominated by local search results. If you haven't already submit your website to Google Places. Make sure you fill in as much of your profile as possible and encourage clients to make reviews.

Redirects Going to the Wrong Place
I take it you're using Apache? Have you already looking at these tutorials? http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/howto/htaccess.html http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/misc/rewriteguide.html In addition even if the link is 301d properly, if you are redirecting to a completely new domain that baby domain has to be evaluated by Google all over again. So you'll go through the sandbox period, it's going to take a bit to get Google to trust your new domain as it did the old one.
